Nice goods & peaces of furniture, however the price little bit high compared to the market

I used to love this place, and bought a lot of my home furniture from this place, but my latest experience shattered any trust I have in this storeLast week my wife was looking for a side console and she liked one the price tag was 2995 AED, but the employee told her that they have a sale this week and new stock was coming in, so we visited the store yesterday, and surprise surprise, the item had a price tag of 3275 AED, I thought during sales prices should go down !!! or at least stay the sameThe employee @ the front desk told me that this is new stock, but the old price tag is still attached‐--------------------------------------------------This is a reply to your reply :Hi,I know that you are trying to put a “positive” spin on this, but customer care did not solve the issue for me, and no one from your side contacted me!Your customer service when I call them, they would either get back to me or have someone call me (which never happens) all the timeI have posted here, so if you have reasonable explanation for raising your prices during the “sales period” please post it here for everyone to see

Purchased this table for 4500 dirhams. First coffee table received had holes/cracks in the marble top.Was advised that replacement will be sent in 24 hours. Which Never happened After a week of daily follow ups received a second piece of a much worse piece.Cracks again on marble top but with black burn spots on the gold metal base which is obviously from welding the metal.Poor quality of products and poor customer service. 3 weeks wasted with several phone calls and no body calls back or does their job!Still waiting on my refund and staring a complaint with DED consumer protection.

+ Very big showroom ,they always have good collection that diverse from classic to contemporary.-over priced not cheap.

Parking available with nicely decorated and managed showroom..We visited the showroom while they were hosting a paint exhibition under the name of tolerance year best wishes to the stuff and management with success abd prosperity

Furniture looks nice, but .. there is No costumer service!! and No delivery scheduling!..Bought furniture online, no one contacted me for delivery. I sent emails enquiring about the delivery time but no one replied. I called several times and their response was it should have been delivered, and that they will call back to schedule delivery - But no one did...If I know this would happen beforehand, I wouldnt have bought from this store.

One of luxury furniture shop over the Emirates. Whatever you need you can find it. Have many branch all over Emirates.. this is the third branch I attend. Main one in sharjah, then downtown merdif and this one in alwasl road.. the item here for villas and big places .. it is very high class item.

I had purchased a accessory from them online and got them delivered at my friends address. Sadly the accessory was broken but that could have occured from mishandling from my side as well but the shocking thing was that packing was not in box. usually when you buy such accessories which are fragile one needs to have it box packed. plus the quality for the price I paid wasnt justifiable
