We have furnished our office in Dubai with full range Workspace’s furniture and I can say they have done a great job. They assisted us in our floor planning and selection of finishes by their visualization tool.

The collection of chairs here are awesome. The staff showed me exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and gave me completely honest opinions on the furniture and materials.

Not the best first experience. They delivered half the desk (adjustable height) and the side cabinet is still being manufactured due to their error despite them having the order on the system. Quality of desk seems decent though. Overall delivery time is more than what is stated on the website.Edit: one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Their swift response to my comments, attention to detail and amazing customer service have exceeded my expectations. Thank you workspace love my new chair the ergoman 360 fabric seat,Im impressed with this chair I normal use the herman miller aeron chair at work and set for 5 to 7 hours with no issues, I can say that the ergoman 360 feels more comfortable and has many futures that makes the chair more comfortable. Being back in the office, its a significant change after covid and with new restrictions. This furniture has made the office comfortable and good to be in. The desks have more than enough space for work, writing, meetings and for heavy work loads. The waiting area is not only used by guests, but some of the staff enjoy sitting back and winding down for a few minutes during the day.Most importantly, our conference table is the perfect size and comfort for our meetings and one on one conversations. Once in awhile I will take my laptop to work quietly and I find myself so focused sitting comfortable with plenty of space.I highly recommend Workspace AE for any office or home office furniture.

We are highly satisfied with the work done by the team. Timeline was accurate, delivery and set up of the was very great! The furnitures are indeed has a good quality.We would definitely order again from this company!

The team on the ground showed absolute dishonesty, lies and three of them claimed that they are the manager, each one of them giving false information.I asked for a product, received a quote for another product and upon delivery of my order to the branch, it was a completely fake material and the price was uplifted to AED14,000 without any reasonable justification and then the alleged manager uplifted the price to AED 16,000 to convince me pay the AED16,000. I’d never trade with them again.

We saw a workstation and a chair at the store and paid for it in full in advance. However when delivered to us, the chair was not the same and the workstation table had streaks of black running through its surface. The store doesnt bother sending any staff to check the quality and they showed us pictures of the in-store table surfaces (display model) to show the streaks are part of the design. You dont pay massive amount to a branded store for this level of surface and delivery. Very disappointed.

Showroom staff were very helpful and polite. Full marks to them. Happily ordered 2 chairs and the delivery was done the next day itself.But zero marks for delivery. The delivery guys rolled the chairs on the pavement for about 50 metres before leaving it at my gate. Unfortunately, I did not notice the dust and dirt on the castors before the delivery guys left, else would have rejected. Does it take a genius to understand these chairs are for indoor use and should not be rolled on the pavements? Very disappointed...Hope my feedback helps other buyers to watch out for this.Update 14-Sept-2020: The management spoke to me and replaced the castors today. This was a very positive after sales experience and is much appreciated. Kudos for putting your customers first. I have revised my ratings for this business. All the best!!

I placed an order for a desk and after placing the order, paying and confirming the order I got a phone call informing me that the desk I ordered was not available anymore and discontinued however it is still available for purchase online!! Then I said okay if fine asked them to send me what they have available. I then asked for a refund since I did not like any of the other options and they refused to give me my refund in cash even though the error that occurred was their and not mine. I found this very unprofessional and unfair to a paying customer. Don’t recommend anyone to buy from them. 100% don’t recommend. I would have rated it 0 stars if I could have. Very disappointed and upset.

I ordered an office chair for Working from Home. I put the order on late at night , and it was delivered , wrapped carefully in bubble wrap at my flat door at 11am the next morning. Excellent service, could not have been quicker! Thank-you.

Bought a 1600 AED chair and it already has quality issues within a month of purchase.They’re not willing to refund even though I’ve shared video evidence of the issue.The chair’s base is already wobbly and it has a squeak sound within a month of bare minimum use.Highly disappointed.Follow up:The management reached out to me and wanted me to edit the review and asked me to edit my rating or rate them higher.Seems to explain the high number of ‘Positive’ review for this place. They’re still unwilling to assist with any refund and want me to bring the chair in for repair myself considering the fact that it hasn’t even been a whole month and I already have quality issues with the chair.

Workspace were good up to the point of the prompt delivery of a purchased chair. I contacted them the same day (in line with their returns policy) to request a return/swap of the chair (due to it not being suitable for my back) but they did not respond for a further 5 days and only after I chased them. As I had thrown away the single layer of bubble wrap, the sales support staff refused to consider my request to return/swap, continually vacantly quoting the “company warranty & returns policy” which only gives 3 days period to return items….apparently that includes holiday and weekend days. So I am penalised for following their rules, and requesting a return, only to be told that I was out with of the 3-day period even though the delay was all theirs. The fall back excuse was that I didn’t have the “original bubble wrap” even though the chair is unused and was unpacked by their delivery team (other than the single sheet of bubble wrap). The ironic thing is if I had purchased the same chair through Amazon where Workspace also sell the same item, Amazon would have honoured a reasonable returns policy. Instead I thought I would go direct to Workspace (no monies saved) in order to cut out the retailer giant to help out a local company. Workspace have a good range of items but if you have any doubts about any of your purchases be warned about the inflexible returns policy and T&Cs regurgitating sales staff whom seem unwilling to show any empathy or genuine post-sales customer service.Response to Workspace.ae comments:Workspace were provided multiple opportunities to rectify the issue before comments were raised on this forum. To use the COVID excuse is highly questionable particularly as it can be demonstrated that multiple other companies that are managing such concerns for returned materials, such as quarantining return stock.

Before I placed the order online, I talked to Patrick and Haidar. They were both helpful and patient with my never ending questions, and they both confirmed the next day delivery.Honestly speaking, I did not believe that, especially in the days of lock down...however I was wrong, my chair was delivered right on time, nicely assembled and the delivery guy was such a gentleman as well!Great service, great product, kudos Workspace!
