Please do not buy anything from this shop, it is waste of money as they dont deliver what we ask for.I share my experience, I bought king size bed from this shop and asked them to give with 2 storage unit in it that will cover whole space underneath. They promised me to deliver in 3 days. In actual I got the delivery of the bed after 10 days and what I observed is that they have created 2 storage units with drawers in half of the size of the bed and half size left open instead of covering whole space inside for which i have actually paid for.I did an argument with the sales person -Ali but he gave such a rubbish reason that there will be no support available if he make it full size storage which I made him understand how it would have been possible if he did in that way though I am not from that background.So think before you buy anything or at least do proper study and take the drawing of what you are looking for on rough paper and keep it with you so that you can show them later in case anything is not delivered for what they promised.Thanks!

One of the worst company I have ever seen in Dubai. Do not purchase any product from this shop. I bought beds, mattress & cupboards within a week it got broken. I called them and informed about it the sales agent not giving a proper response. There is no proper service. They sell cheap products at a higher price. There is no quality in products.

I should have read the reviews before getting items from this shop. Ridiculously bad timing for delivery. Never again will I purchase from here and I DO NOT recommend getting anything from here. Better check shops along the street and check the google reviews!!!! They delivered my mattresses at 11 PM!!!!

Dont even think about buying furniture, carpets or curtains from this place.1. Dont deliver as promised2. Quality of work is shoddy3. Need constant followup on scheduleOrdered carpet for the living room and blinds for all 3 rooms of the house.1. Promised to come on 11th ended up coming on the 13th2. Supposed to come at 4pm for 3 estimated hours of work, ended up arriving at 7.30pm instead and stayed well past midnight.3. They were supposed to use carpet tape to avoid damaging the tiles of the rented apartment. They came with 16 cans of glue instead. Had to go back hunting around for carpet tape because the carpet HAD to be fixed that day (my furniture was arriving the next day)4. Got blinds for only 2 of the 3 rooms. So they ended up having to come back the next day.5. Fixed the blinds, but one had a small but very noticeable pin hole that i (luckily and by chance only) realized the next morning. They ended up taking the blind back and did some patch work to fix it.Too many more other points to list.I was lucky since i only gave them a 10% Down payment. They had to finish my work to receive the balance amount.The carpet installation was pathetic to say the least. Bubbles in the centre which i am told will disappear over time. (Lets see) + the cuts at the ends had loose threads which i had to go around the room and tuck in or cut off. Took me a good 1.5 hrs to do that.Trust me. I would avoid any of those shops in Karama and spend 50% more rather than go through all this again.

Good service and reasonable price

Really very bad and pathetic service, visited karama branch last week and i order some furniture they took advance payment and doesnt delivered on agreed time when I called next day the sales guy told they doesnt have stock , and again today I went and gave order they took advance payment again same thing happened. Irresponsible fellows..!!!

Rude behaviour from sales staff, very bad attitude, want some follow up service but never turned up citing the value is very less. A clear avoid in all sense.

Never buy a furniture from these guys.. Such a liar, never delivers item on time.. I ordered for a furniture that needs to be delivered and was promised that i will get it in a week.. now its more than a month and still im waiting, No answers to calls, No replies nothing...
