Buyers beware! We bought our garden furniture at Suncoast with a one-year warranty and after 4 months it began to fall apart. We called to have it replaced and eventually they came to pick up the furniture with a promise to refund however no word was heard back despite repeated attempts. Eventually after two months of endless calls and emails we were informed there would be no replacement as warranty is no longer valid? We ended up buying new garden furniture elsewhere which came at a premium but we are much happier with the outcome. Suncoast furniture may look decent at the store but it is junk quality that cant last in Dubai weather. When you couple this with dismal customer service it is not worh it. Shop for quality and you will avoid inevitable headaches

FRUSTRATION!!! FRUSTRATION!!!! FRUSTRATION!!!New customers beware of after sales service.We bought some amazing furniture from Suncoast several years ago and recommend using them but BEWARE of the after-sales service.i have been chasing the showroom for help with a bunch of special screws which are required to support 2 of the 4 chairs that are folding automatically.this chase commenced in November last year and i was finally given the number of Mr, Mahboob, from their receptionist, who has given me the run around for over 4 months. always stating that they are super busy or i will send someone or the best response we dont look at repairs or old furniturei mean...for the high quality of the wood and the amazing salesman we met several years ago....this simple aspect of checking on 2 chairs has been a terrible terrible experience.So frustrated ;-(

We were sold items that were sold out and only got informed 2 weeks later. Staff across the board could not care less about the fact that they made a mistake and were not at all motivated to make ammends. It’s been 5 weeks since initial sale and we didnt get oir refund yet. Very poor service

Nice outdoor furniture collection , I gave it 4 stars because they didnt have a lot in their storage , Most of what they had was one piece only and if you want more you would have to order it and wait for it for a long while . Didnt end up buying anything so I cant rate the customer service .
