I wanted to receive my order on friday so I had to place order for extra items as their delivery charge for friday is 25 dhs and i wanted to avoid it. I choose COD option. the same night i got a pyment link which said u can easily view and pay your bill online. Friday morning I get a detailed msg saying to make the payment to avoid cancellation of the order.After I made the payment they send me a msg the order wont be delivered on friday as the ordered are dispatched and will be delivered on saturday.Aftet few hours they send me a msg saying my order is cancelled and refund is intiated even without asking me.Highly disappointed with the service.Please do not choose them or If you order from them dont choose COD.
