Usually am not using the delivery service and I wish I didnt, 48 hours and I didnt receive it yet I have called the call center to reconfirm my order and check why the order wasnt delivered he said I will check and come back to you, up to now not my order nor him came back to me.Dont recommend to purchase through the call center or expect good service from delivery.I would give 5 stars for the service and quality of meat from the shops

Service is good but you should arrange home delivery for the sacrifice meat. You should also arrange to make pieces of the sacrifice meat as per customer choice. You can charge extra reasonable amount for your service if you want. Old people face difficulty in handling the heavy meat box.

Thanks for the good service everything was excellent except what happened during the distribution. The guy who was distributing has no experience how to distribute.The police came to manage the people after 1 hour and 30 min.All the customers number was not more than 30 so 2 hours to get the meat.The process is simple just call the number as per the boxes on front of you but the guy was taken the number from customer then go to search in the car so for sure this will make the people frustrated.Anyway thanks for everything and for your concern to get our feedback.Best regards.

Their Australian lamb is very good. Tried them for EID Al Adh-ha 3 years in a row; they are progressing continuously and improving year over year.A bit pricier than your normal butcher shop meat or SHJ cattle market, but generally worth it specially for Audh-hia.⁦👍🏽⁩
