Very bad experience. It’s been two months i haven’t receive the box yet. Been trying to call the landline but nobody answering. Only good in advertising but the service is very disappointing. Very bad company. Will let my friends not to try their services.

Excellent service, friendly staff. They will come to you even friday.

Its been 53 days now .. But still our cargo its not yet deliver.. Much better in Makati express...

Unreliable staff.. Julie. Asking for follow ups on the tracking whatsoever . No reply. Its like speaking to a ghost with this company.

Omaygad ... my cargo will not arrive in the Philippines for two months ... I followed up on their toll free number with the name Leo answered, den he was assisting supposedly because the call was recorded then, but during the message I just told whatsapp to wait and the luggage is coming ... if I only knew I would not have sent Star Pinoy Cargo, it would be frustrating.
