Do not use their service even if they offer you service at free of cost, trust me you will cry with bloodshed, they will make your life like nightmare.I have sent my cargo recently by paying premium rate of AED 12 per kg and which they promised to be shipped by Air and I will get my cargo in India within 15-20 days.After 22 days I called them and they are making drama that its under custom clearance and we can not do anything because this is government related issue, we will update you once custom clearance is done.Today after even 25 days they are saying its under custom clearance but I have doubt that they have used sea cargo instead of air cargo to save money.They are cheaters! Beware of them!

The guys were very professional and efficient. Every furniture was wrapped carefully, shipment was loaded in jumbo box ensuring optimal use of space. I would definitely recommend them. It was worth every penny to have the peace of mind that our belongings were being handled with care.

Rona Cargo made my family happy by delivering my shipment 📦 as it was packed .It was my first time experience and they did a good job.They said 30 days but due to Corona it took around 48 days in india but that’s okay as long as it has reached safe and secure .it was really door to door service. Value for money, only sent 3 times (150kg+), first consignment reached after 2nd and 3rd consignment and in damaged/teared conditions, took longer time, repacked most of the items at their location after packing from home (as it says door to door delivery), dont know missing items. i suggest to list down each and single item when u send.

On 22nd July I sent 3 packages from Rona cargo to Maharashtra, as per their agreed terms it was supposed to deliver within 45 days. Its been 68 days and until now I havent received my parcel. As of today 29th September 2021 they have sent only 2 packages and still 1 package is missing and Rona cargo do not have any update about the package whereabout. I am in Dubai since 2004 and have not seen such unprofessional and irresponsible company. I made a mistake to sent my valuable cargo with them.
