Unfortunately on 2nd of May i called AAC to move my furniture from Dubai to oman which is 4 hours drive, today is 1st of Jun and I didn’t get it my stuff yet.The worst part is that the don’t answer calls what’s app or emails. They completely ignore me however if I call from another number they answer my calls then they start ignoring that number again. Really bad customer service.

Dont deal with this company because you will lose your money and all your shipments. Once they take the money they dont answer calls and text. They said shipment will arrive within 2 months and its been nearly 5 months and still shipment not arrived

One word: FRAUDS!! Do NOT ship with this soo called “shipping company”, they take your money and never see your luggage again!

Sent a container to India and courier service to Canada. Both while reaching at destination where not delivered and came up with a lot of issues. Had spend even more to deal with the things in destination country. They promised to deliver door to door but went down. Those sitting here in Dubai AAC office are not taking any responsibility and providing false information. They cannot handle any of it professionally. Went to have a meeting with few people in the office but it was all messed bunch of people speaking to each other, playing on the phone etc. Thus not a recommended courier service!

Awful service, do not use at any cost. They will take your money, fail to honor their agreement, ignore any form of contact afterwards and the overall cost will be significantly higher than what you paid for. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever encountered.

To be short : Im glad that they were my shipping agent.Had a car to ship from DXB to Odessa. No hassle. They are flexible and understanding. Shipment departed as agreed (they found ship in pretty short terms), after arrival to destination, had issues with local bureaucracy, but AAC Cargo team (Jannet) was extremely helpful to resolve all in fastest possible time.Definitely would recommend and use their help for next shipment.Thank you :)

Janette was very accommodating and my enquiry was handled smoothly. They are all very professional. And I am really impressed on their services. If you are looking for a trusted relocation company and you dont want to worry about your things being lost and getting broken, I will strongly recommend AAC Cargo. They took care of our things very well.

This company is a hoax managed by bunch of thieves and cons. Be aware of dealing with them. Jeanette seems nice but she and her Algerian boss are crocks. We had a dealing with them and they screwed us big time. Now the matter has been taken to police to be dealt with legally.

Mudasser is very responsible person along with his wonderful teem work. Im happy to share with my friends who wants to use the cargo thats only AAC cargo,

It was am disappointing working with you, spacialy with jamette, thay gave me wrong information from the beginning after they add 450 AED to send it door to door, when it reach to Lebanon they told me again to pay 45 $ additional fees and they will pay the rest, when DHL delivered the boxes I payed 195 $ extra I talk to jamette she told me we will pay you back 150 $, I tried to reach here but she blocked me perfect company

Big Thanks AAC Cargo for going the extra mile and working on Friday to deliver to my location as soon as possible .Appreciate that it is difficult to affect the flight times but very grateful to AAC Cargo team to doing everything in possible to speed things up on arrival and deliver on a Friday .This helped us avoid further delays in the programme

They take yr things and yr money then they dont answer at all from all numbers and u will not knw anything about your shipment .. try other company always late not professional. Every time they say see and respond and we call back, they call and currently they do not answer any calls ((I do not recommend dealing with them))

Very bad shipping company in terms of services and handling..My items have been missing for several months !! I advise you to stay away from it
