My experience has been extremely negative, and even after over two month since they have collected my belongings in June 2021, a vessel to ship my belongings is yet to be booked and my belongings are still in the UAE. I would thus never recommend Elite Shipping LLC to anyone, there are many other companies which you can utilize their services, some even have offered more competitive prices. I believe that choosing them to ship my belongings was a mistake and would not recommend them.I needed to hire the services of a shipping company to ship my belongings from UAE to Canada, as I was relocated with my family overseas. I got in contact with several shipping/moving/relocating companies in the UAE and obtained an offer from them, with the cost and duration expected to ship my belongings to Canada. While the cost provided by Elite Shipping was on the higher side, they did provide me with the best shipping/delivery duration. They also did offer me a discount, and while their price with that discount was still higher than others, they told me that other companies might offer lower prices and then increase it later once I have signed with them, however, for them the price offered will be the only amount I pay and it will not even increase by 1 Dirham. So, I proceeded with themI have now been waiting for over 60 days from the day they collect my belongings for them to even confirm a shipping date and provide me with the vessel details carrying my belongings, but to no avail. While they used to be prompt in their responses, now I have to send multiple email reminders so that I can hear back from them.While delays in the international shipping lines are expected due to the COVID situation, this was never something new, but was a matter that should have been known even before finalizing their deal with me. They should have been clear about that like other companies were rather than make promises about shipping durations that they could not meet. Additionally, they should have confirmed a vessel before or soon after taking my money.Elite Shipping have failed to meet their commitments to me to this date, and are no longer prompt in responding to my emails or messages. People looking for an international shipping company in the UAE can find cheaper companies. I even would have overlooked some of the delays if they had been more transparent and remained prompt in their updates and responses, keeping me in the picture about the reason for the delays and what they are doing to rectify the issue, but keeping me hanging and in the blind, I feel is dishonest, or unprofessional to say the least.Finally, when I first received their offer it specified door-to-door transit time of 40 to 45 days, subject to custom clearance at both ends. I specifically brought this issue up and said it would not be acceptable for me that my belongings remain in UAE for a month or even two month and then they blame it on custom issues, however, their representative clearly confirmed to me that this is never the case and typically they ship in 15-20 days, and if there are delays they are never that long (the 1 or 2 month I mentioned). Now here we are 60 days later and the shipping vessel is not yet booked!

Had a very pleasant experience with Elite Shipping, I recently moved my personal belongings to Canada and despite the global situation, they were professional all around and provided stellar service, my goods all arrived in excellent condition, not a single scratch on them!Hats off to Davis who was very helpful all along the process and went the extra mile to make sure the shipment was processed perfectly!!

I used Elite Shipping as I was moving to London and they were very responsive and quick to get back with the process and requirements which was quite helpful. It went very smooth and they even provided bubble wrapping for my fragile items. The only negative point is that you need to make sure they have all the required customs clearance at the destination so your items dont get held in customs. Although that happened with me, they tried helping and sorting it out but its best to read up on it yourself as it will differ from one case to the other. Overall, great services and I recommended them to a friend who is moving to Canada.

I recently relocated from Dubai , and shipped my items to Europe , expected delivery was on the 5th of November . items arrived to port but never delivered to my house , no updates from the company . i asked for update on the 11th of november and still no update. today 9/dec i gave them a call and i got the well update you tomorrow message . the only update i received was an extra payment for storage fee , i followed up on that email and communication from their side is minimum and still no updates

Extremely disappointed and upset with Elite Shipping!!!They provided NO support with the good insurance and have intentionally ommited my car from the Insurance Form and obviously I have received it FULL of scratches and no help. It is really outrageous how they work against the client never for the customer!

Excellent service for door to door delivery. Very professional from packing, loading , documentation an delivery. The price also reasonable and coordinator Mr.Davis is also helpfull and giving the correct guidance/ suggestions. We received our glass items and crockery in good condition. They took extra care for TV, freez and washing machine with Carter packing. Keep it up and serve better. I already recommend for my friends.

Horrible serviceI relocate from Dubai to London; they told me that my shipment would arrive within 35 days. Its almost three months now, and I didnt receive it, and it does not arrive at port yet.

I certainly would not recommend this company for the sheer fact that a four day delivery turned into a six month nightmare. I planned my shipping around times that I would be in the USA. Was told given the volume they would change and send it by boat (one wasted plane ticket). I got a second ticket for two months later, when I was told it would be there. Only to find out the container did not even go out at that time (second wasted ticket). Three months later the shipment arrived (two weeks prior to when I was told- third wasted ticket). I had to scramble to find someone to be at my home to receive the shipment. Disappointedly, my glass items were broken (waste of money to send) and the delivery guy broken my track light in my yard. Looking at the video it looks like he was angry and deliberately kicked it. I was patient with the company and liked the lady I coordinated with, but overall I am not at all pleased with the service. It took six months to receive broken items and have another item broken in my home.

Lets start with packing in Dubai, I would say the team was extremely professional, they arrived on time, had the right packing materials, completed the job within time with exceptional packing. I would give Dubai team 10/10. The container reached BELGIUM well before time. Thanks to Mr.Davies who helped me in all the paper works.

The Elite team has arrived on time after doing a survey by Mr.Davies 10 days ahead of the move, I have to say this was one of the smoothest moves Ive done from dubai to england. They were very careful and delivered everything in one piece. They were courteous and polite, decently priced.

I got my stuff shipped from Dubai to Canada...although we had few hiccups/ delays due to the covid situation.. the team in Dubai especially Mr. Davis was constantly following up, updating and easy to reach. The packaging team was exceptionally careful with the fragile items, none of the items were damaged. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend them.

Elite shipping offer an excellent service. Door to door dubai to beirut. Packing, shipping and unpacking was flawless.Ms. Yara managed the relationship, she was excellent and gave all advice we needed.Always accessible, always devoted to support.

These guys moved my whole life a 20 foot container from Dubai to Sydney door to door packed and unpacked dismantled and reassembled furniture under the promised time no damage no problems and cleared from the extremely strict and rigid Australian customs with absolutely no issues at all at 38% cheaper than the average price we got from other movers. Came in 2 days before and 1 day before the move packed the entire house include, then at the other unpacked everything! Reassembled furniture and came back 3 weeks later to take away the discarded empty boxes and called 5 weeks later to make sure everything was ok. A truly amazing service! Highly recommend them very professional and very very flexible with any requests.

Very poor experience. I had got my household goods and car shipped from Elite Shipping in a 40 ft container from Dubai to Doha. All insurance and formalities were done at Dubai. Receiving of container was at Doha, Qatar port. Most of my expensive stuff was all damaged. Stuff that was marked for in Crate packing like led tvs and expensive pieces of Art all came without wooden packing despite paying. Stuff was delivered to us in October 2016. Now its April 2017 my insurance for damages still not cleared. It was such a bad experience. We r still running from pillar to post for claims. We will never recommend this company to anyone.

I’m not sure if Family Stores is part of them but when I received my shipment in USA from Dubai, some cartons were having Elite shipping LLC logo. The worst company ever as the team from Family Stores were punctual and professional in the beginning and in the follow up, but while packing they sent me only 2 people instead of 4 as promised. My shipment reached USA 1 month after the proposed promised time by Dubai team and they were holding my shipment for no reason. They don’t even answer my emails and when I call internationally the Operations Manager keeps saying will check and get back to u, but no answers and no explanation for holding my shipment from Dubai side although I paid extra cost to USA office and port for some delays not caused by me. I received some items in damaged broken condition and 2 cartons were open from the side. I requested for insurance to compensate me as I paid insurance in Dubai and I paid full amount in Dubai in order to send the shipment, but no single reply to my damaged items has been received till date. Again my contract is with Family Stores Cargo and relocations

Do NOT use this company under any circumstances if you value your property. We contracted Writers Corporation to move our belongings from Abu Dhabi to Melbourne and Writers used Elite Shipping for the freight stage. When everything was delivered, we were missing an antique chair which is of great sentimental value to my family. After months of emails back and forth, it turned out that Elite Shipping forgot to load the chair onto the ship.We have an email admitting this, and multiple emails saying they will load it on the next ship ASAP.We moved in January 2016 and I am writing this in February 2017.We no longer receive replies to our emails asking where the chair is.They have basically stolen our property and there is no recourse for us to get it back!Unacceptable. Simply unacceptable.I would give 0 stars, but Google wont allow this.
