Initially our experience with AAC cargo was good, however that very quickly changed. Following on from an initially good experience we were lied to, ignored and financially deceived.We were told that our delivery would take 35 days – we waited 102.We paid for a door to door service – AAC didn’t pay the company in the UK the money, we spent weeks fighting with them to pay for the service they had contractually provided for us and were continuously ignored over email.We entrusted AAC to pack and ship our items professionally – however upon eventual arrival our very expensive mirror was smashed, as was our TV.We are now, yet again being ignored by AAC in paying the insurance money on our broken items and so we are yet again left disappointed and shocked at the level of shockingly bad service we have received.This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.Even though their quotes are cheap, don’t be fooled like we were, it’s not worth it, save yourself the hassle, pay a little extra and go with an honest, reputable company. Do not use this company.

Completely Unprofessional, unloyal people. We are waiting for our delivery for last 6 months and its still not been delivered although I was told that it would take only 35-40 days. Each and Everyone in the whole AAC office is miles away from professionalism., never give you right information. Please please do not waste your money with them. Kindly don’t use this company. The sales team is excellent in getting the business from you and once the payment is done they don’t know you. Very unprofessional and unethical. Sent my shipment 5 months ago to india, until now the shipment is not delivered and no one knows where are my products. Every time you call them they say call us after sometime we will check and get back and same response from their manager Mr. Mohammad. He too very unprofessional and least interested in listening to your problem, rather he says we are working on it and you will receive the products without even understanding what you have to say. I made a mistake by using them, thought they are professional and paid extra for the hassle free service but unfortunately now my products and money both are gone.

I recieved my shipment after 7 months of fear, lies and stress, it was a horrible experience with AAC Cargo Company. They promised to ship my items in 45 days but it took them 7 months. I paid for door to door service, but they made me travel to another city and pay for transportation to take my items home.My clothes, shoes and linen items were in a bad condition after being packed in boxes for 7 months. I even didnt find some items which maybe were lost as I found all my boxes opened.I dont recommend to deal with this Company. Unprofessional employees and careless management.

Do not use this company for any reason. Stay away or you will find yourself without your boxes and still waiting 1 year later.Now being told I am a scammer instead of asking me what the issue is and wanting to resolve it. They took my cargo over a year ago, lost a box 6 months ago, then found it.Next time rather ask those that are having issue what you can do to help them.

I would like to commend Ms. Josephine who was such a great help and was able to resolve my shipment issue. Although I was very disappointed and frustrated by the poor services of the sales and delivery team, Ms. Josephine in the other hand was very helpful and responsive. I appreciate her effort to personally go to the warehouse and arrange my shipment to be resent to KSA after almost 3 months of being stuck and just sitting there in the warehouse. The cargo manifest no. 2008 that was picked up last 18th March 2021, finally received by the consignee on 10th June 2021 in KSA. I hope she continues to manage the warehouse and resolve all the backlogs and delays caused by delivery agents who doesnt really care about the shipments and customer service at all. Hope the Management will also take action to improve their customer service and professionalism.

Our container took 4 months and had several misleads and lies to having it delivered to our “door step”.They are liars, and cheaters.They are overpriced for the poorest service i have ever had to encounter.Wish we went with another company and paid a little extra than dealing with these cheaters.They sit and threaten people to delete messages. And any “good” review is fake, just like them.Spoke to an ex-employee of theirs and he mentioned that he left the company because they are liars and fakes. They never keep their promises and delay it for months. He mentioned do not pay the full amount to them until they give you 100% of what you need.Mistake learned, hopefully this review helps someone that is thinking of doing business with them.

Please never ship your goods via this fraud company, my friend and his wife lost job amid this pandamic situation in UAE and moved back to India, while moving they had shipped all their used house hold furniture and electronic appliances in the month of Nov 2020, we are now at the end of April 2021 and the shipped goods have still not reached them, almost 6 months now and still this shameless people dont have a solution, I am living and working in UAE, and am following up with them for almost more than month now, initially they used to attend call and now they dont, they always have the same reason Agent issue back in India, first if that is non of our business , you had agreed to ship the goods.

Its been 3 weeks and my stuff have not arrived, the staff dont answer any calls and very unhelpful they dont have any answers to where my stuff are.

Very disappointed with their service. Dont deal with them, they will take your money and stuff and wont send it to the destination.

We sent our Furniture to India on 9th Nov 2020, Still our container is not reached to my place, over 5 months and had several misleads and lies to having it delivered to our “door step”. In December of 2020 my husband and I began working with AAC Cargo (Sumaya-spelling). Weve been nothing but disappointed. Their staff that came to pick up our things were the only professionals who were polite, CLEAR, and professional.The internal staff does not necessarily honor the quote the Packers give you. It is March 20th and our items have still not been released to us from Dubai to Morocco. After, and ONLY AFTER, I said I was going to file fraud charges with my bank because they could not or would not give us a location or firm answer on if our things were shipped or not (Feb 11 2021- was sent a slew of emails from the company THEY use for shipping saying there was not room for our things on the boat) we were told, oh your husband was sick so we are charging you a storage fee. It was nothing but a business throwing a tantrum because of their lack of clarity Ive become a straight to the point customer and rude at times, frustrated beyond belief that this is a working business.Today is March 20th and my husband has been given the run around all morning. If nothing is given to us at port in Casablanca, Morocco by Monday, I will be going to the US Embassy, to communicate with Dubai law enforcement, and filing charges for fraud, as they accepted my payment and seemingly kept our cargo and quit servicing a paying customer, wheather they like us or not. -Samantha and Mohcine Koudia

I have a very bad experience with ACC cargoI sent a shipment by air with ACC Cargo, they told me it takes 5 to 10 days to deliver your itemsNow its has been long time and they cant even provide tracking number or tell me where are my itemsFor the last 3 weeks I have been calling every single day trying to get a tracking number for my shipment.They cant provide tracking number and they cant even tell me what is the status of my shipment.They simply dont know where are my itemsI really regret using AAC service

08-Apr-2021 (Update)(I had to go and clear the shipment myself, since the cargo company clearly was incapable of doing it.There was nothing suspicious in my shipment. They were all household items. There was no warning or instruction from AAC salesman regarding the shipment. In fact the packing guys were rude and arrogant. I urge you to find another cargo company which is established and professional. AAC cargo DOESNT CARE about your stuff. They just want to make money)--I had sent my shipment through AAC cargo from Dubai to Canada on 3rd March 2021.It was a door to door contract and was scheduled to reach within 4 to 5 working days.However, it has been 20 days now and my cargo has not yet been delivered. Out of the 7 boxes that I sent, only 2 have been delivered and one of them was severely damaged.What is worse is that the sales person is least bothered and replied after 2 days.I would like to warn customers from dealing with AAC cargo in the future. They are only interested to grab the business, but their customer service is the worst.

This is the worst company to work with.We left Dubai 26th October. They delayed to ship our shipment a week late. They mentioned it would take 30-45 days maximum to reach Canada.It has been 4 months we have been waiting for our shipment.We picked this company based on their promised to be delivered by a month tops.For customers that have paid in full and trusted them to deliver our shipment in the promised time frame, they lied.We asked for specific steps on what to do next once it arrives to the port, we got no help from them. We had to figure everything out once the cargo reached Montreal’s port. There was daily fines that they did not cover, they picked a company (Hapag-lloyd) that did not even take care of our shipment to our home. We had to get a different company to get it to our home which costs us 3000 CAD.They took 3 weeks to send us the bill of lading which was paid for.And when speaking to abu Khalid, he was mentioned that I should be “thankful” for getting it and that I don’t know how cargo works.Apparently, this very “educational” man thinks bill of lading is paying for door to door delivery.They put a broker company that is in Toronto without their consent, and did not even mention the procedure of this to us. They couldnt even take us on as clients because we live in a different city !!!They literally lied, lied, lied. Sat and delayed everything for us.We paid 17.5k (AED) to ship our stuff and we are paying an additional 8k CAD more here in Canada which is roughly 23,000 AED (for now). Will keep you updated with the surprises to come.They did not bother telling us the troubles we will go through to decontaminate a car or that we will need a separate agent to get our stuff to our residence.March 1, the container was taken by the decontamination company and the email i have received shocked me.The mentioned the following:Vehicle is very dirty and items were all mixed up – expect it take take a bit longer for the whole process;Personnel effects boxes were not properly secured therefore the boxes ran all over the place. Expect so possible small damage and scuffs caused by same.This is unbelievable and truly sickening from AAC cargo.The worst company to work with, do not recommend them one bit. Choose another company !!!Be aware of them, they are after your money and not satisfaction.March 3rd, the container company (Hapag-llyod) that these geniuses hired are making us pay around 2200 USD to keep the container this long (feb 11 till march 3rd) which was not even mentioned from AAC cargos end. We couldnt get a company to take us put as clients to have our car decontaminated, we did not know we had to pay demurrage that were above 4000 $ for the wait at the port and having their container. This was all discovered by ourselves.This company should be ashamed of themselves. They lack professionalism on so many levels. Find the invoices and proof of Hapag llyods invoices below. AAC cargo mentioned “oh we will pay for hapag, we already sent them the money.” Oh this and oh that. It was a bunch of accumulation of lies just so i stop contact them and these daily charges were adding up by the day without my knowledge since I thought I could trust them.We also owe the port of montreal for keeping the container in their yard. Costing us 1400 CAD.Find the proof below.Update: march 16. The car cannot enter Canada which concludes that this company is SUPER unknowledgeable of Canadian regulations on its imports and exports. We have to destroy the car now since Dubai wont allow the car to go back since my residence/visa is expired. Unprofessional and unknowledgeable company.PS. The person replied they will check with high administration, that was a lie.. no one ever contacted me regarding my review or complaint. They do not care, i promise you they do not care a single bit. Ithey packed my stuff from Dubai in 25th Jan...to Jeddah,they told me 5 days ...and the services door to door!!!!Now my cargo reached jeddah before one week..and they told me to get a truck and workers to pick up my stuff!!!!!plus they asked me to lpay for the clearance document and its not mentioned in the agreement..I paid full payment to get my stuff after 5 days and DOOR TO DOOR!!!!we called them many times and everyone blaming everyone SHAME ONYOU..WHAT A MISS!!!!!AND TILLTODAY DIDNT RECIEVE MY cargo

The worst cargo company. They picked my items in the 1st week of November and I was advised that it will reach the destination within 45 days. It’s been almost 80 days since the items are picked but I haven’t received it yet. Container is arrived at Chennai port, but these guys are not paying the clearance charges to the Chennai based cargo company and they won’t be clearing the container until they receive the payment. I have kept my apartment empty for more than a month by paying the rent as my furnitures are stuck with these guys. I am trying to contact the company owner Abu Halid and the agent Sonya who was dealing with me. They are not even bothered to respond to any of my calls and messages. I do not recommend this cargo. It’s waste of money and time

Updated on May 1st 2021:Problems happen in day to day life.. but we need to find solution and for the same I met the owner of the company Mr Khaled..Gem of a person... explained him the issue in details...he took a while but found one of lost cartoons... also at the same time compensated for the delay..To finish this review, I would say that all is well if it ends well and Mr Khalid as made sure that it ends well..Thanks Mr Khaled and Mr HassanDate: Feb 28th 2021cargo still not delivered 4 months and still counting.. dont answeer the callls once payment done.. Worst shipping company ever, I used them to ship my containers and due to their payment delay to the shipping line and their mistake in writing the names on the bill of lading has cost me more than 11,000 dirham.I got the direct number of the manager but he doesn’t pick up the phone.The only person who seems can help is Mr Hassan, overall, Not recommended at all.Update: on 03/02/2021 at 11:10am I have received a call from the business owner of AAC CARGO threatening me that he will throw me in the jail if I don’t delete the review as he did with another two people. Now I’m waiting for his legal action against me.

Worst company ever!!!!! They stole our furniture and our money. Its been more than 4 months!! I filed a complaint against them to Dubai consumer nothing happened! They only mentioned that their license wont be renewed after we lost our furniture and money! I can’t believe such company exists in the UAE and specially in Dubai!! Its a disgrace.

Our things have been missing for more than 3 months now. Call center answers the phone asks for your invoice number but never calls back to update you about your shipment.Egyptian man speaks in an unprofessional way i have complained about this cargo company in consumer protection and they have said that they have received many complains about it and will take action .. i hope they do soon
