Be careful if you use Aramex service for shop and ship from the USA to UAE. For items above 1000 AED, Aramex will charge you up to 150 AED for handling (I couldnt find any references for this on the website !). Thats on top of what you will pay for shipping , tax, VAT . So if you shipped worth 1000 AED &weight 1 Kg .. you might be ending paying 350 AED to Aramex !

This is the second time Aramex delivers my package which consists of creams under severe hot temperature exceeding 45 deg !! This means it not usable any more . They just through your goods in the back of their van which is not air-conditioned and the temperature can reach 60 deg during this time if the year, although they know the contents of the packge from the shipping list. Obviously they dont care

I didnt have the shipment number - as it was my passport from embassy - no one called me despite having the text from embassy for 3 days - i had a flight which i had to reschedule. phone number is not working 600 (it asks you to connect via whatsapp - and it is a machine which cant help) - and no other way to actually connect with a customer service agent.. it seems the only way to reach to you - is to visit your branch which is a step backwards from what we had years ago.
