I tried reaching your office number but unfortunately cannot get through. I just wanted to highlight how rude was your Sales Supervisor who came for unsolicited visit to one of our brand. I am the Area Manager, I was listening on the other side while he was talking with one of our Team Members. He was talking very rude, as my staff is explaining to him that as per company policy they are only allowed to take calling cards, then send it to the head office for their reference, and have it updated on the data base in future reference. Still, he keeps on insisting and starts increasing his tone (voice). Why? If you need clients, act as smart as you can. Felt disappointed, this is how you take business forward? Really..
