Worst call centre customer service. Spent over 10 minutes giving the man the Fazaa account number and name and then I was told I still had to send an email because nothing could be done. Why bother with the phone call then? Useless and unprofessional

AVOID this incompetent unprofessional companys products and services like the plague, worst customer service Ive come across. Customer service is a foreign language to them. Their area managers or supervisors have zero customer service acumen. Unfortunately, I didnt read the reviews before I signed up and I wish I had. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very bad service in communication with clients. We had 4 times during one year that they forgot about our order and did not make delivery. Plus 0 reaction on reminder e-mail, I have to call them 10 times to get final confirmation. Very low professionalism of delivery organisation.My recommendation to the owner not to hire low qualified employees with low salaries that do not care about your business and clients.

Every time I order I have told the driver to call me and he never does. I have to be home all day long to wait for the order.The customer service is terrible.

Long time ordering alain water but recently Similar issue for delivery same as most of the other people feedback.
