I ordered flowers as a gift - these were not delivered. No communication from the florist in spite of my numerous messages to them. After posting a negative review they then got in touch to arrange a refund, I am still waiting for this refund three weeks on. No response to the messages I have sent and the website is down.

Using this company was an absolute disaster resulting in a lot of wasted time to resolve including having my credit card cloned.Initial purchase was made through their website (now inactive at time of writing), payment was taken and no delivery made. Having phoned the store to check on progress, staff were unable to explain my order or find it, tried to get rid of me and stated that they couldn’t discuss it and would have to write to them via WhatsApp.Eventually I received a call back four days after placing an order for which I’d paid for next day delivery, informing me they would not be delivered for another three days and that the website didn’t process orders properly.Having complained and asked for a refund I was promised one by the owner. Three weeks later and this has still not been processed. She claims that the “bank haven’t done it yet”, despite it being a same day process. She refused to confirm whether she had instructed the bank to process the refund that she had promised.Furthermore my credit card was cloned after using their website and subsequently has had scores of fraudulent transactions put through on it before the fraud was detected.I would never use this company again. I would question the authenticity of the glowing 5* reviews for them here and I would be wary of any promises made by the owner who has forced me to post this review having been uncommunicative, unprofessional, untruthful and unwilling to take any responsibility for the appalling level of service she has provided. Avoid at all costs.
