I ordered flowers that were pink and white and the florist added random red cherry looking flowers and lila flowers and leaves without my consultation. I aksed her for only pink roses and white details. She charged an extra 50 dhs too after I tapped my card I realized that. I also asked her 6 times to send me a picture of the final look before delivery. She did not send me a pic. I had to call their shop several times and get her number and was so dissapointed it looked like a joke. I will never order from this shop I used to order always each month. Since, they took advantage of me being nice I do not reccommend this place.My gift does not even show by the amount of ugly stuff she added. The flowers literally do not have space to breath even

They have really bad customer service and the manager is really rude even when she’s at fault for not sending over the flowers that I had ordered. I usually don’t post bad reviews about a business but this one just got me. Got complaints of this from a friend as well, they had sent wrong order and they denied! Terrible service. Prices are unclear! They charge something one day and they charge differently the next day. They don’t have the courtesy to speak to clients professionally and the manager is not present at the premises ever. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
