High quality flowers and packaging. On the higher side price wise (the missing star). Good design of boxes. Good service.

Every year I get flowers for my birthday from maison des fleurs, and they’re the best all the time !! Not only they have one most beautiful red roses but they also have a range of other type of flowers for every occasion 🥰💕

These are the nicest flowers Ive ever ordered/received; theyre long lasting, and the packaging is extremely elegant. Not only are the flowers amazing, the customer service is consistently the best Ive experienced in Dubai! Id give them more than 5 stars if I could!

This place has amazing customer service. I tried ordering online from the US and the card was not going through. They sent me a secure link via WhatsApp for payment and it went through. Flowers were delivered within the hour and I placed the order at 5:30pm local Dubai time.The arrangement looks exquisite and just like the picture.HIGHLY recommend and we are going to use them again.

Although its a bit expensive but they well compensate for that in they services, and the quality of flowers they are selling, and the packaging / flower preparations are Great!!, i highly recommend the place.

I went to buy a corporate gift, and I specifically told the sales lady my budget amount along with the type of flower I wanted.I inquired about an item which she told me it suits the budget, but while preparing the invoice she wrote the amount agreed plus the box value, the VAT, and the delivery which was an addition 50% to the specified budget; and when I told her that I can’t buy something that’s more than the budget, she said sorry I can’t sell it!!She didn’t suggest other available items, nor did she bother to sell a customer. It’s a very robotic customer service; they don’t know how to keep customers or maintain a standard to the shop.I previously dealt with a different sales person (a year ago) who happened to accommodate my requirements within my budget.It’s a disappointment to have a service standard go this low, for a flower shop, customer service is everything!

I ordered a hand bouquet for my best friend’s mum as she wasn’t well (on the phone). It was easy to find this place and when I got there the bouquet was ready and super gorgeous! Needless to say the price for the huge bunch of roses, peonies, and more was reasonably priced and the staff were lovely. I also got a glimpse of them preparing gift boxes for brands like Tiffany’s and Bvlgari. I swooned! Lol!

This is a gorgeous shop, the flowers are expensive, the service is good. Comparatively however, I have seen higher quality at a better price elsewhere
