I have mixed feelings about this experience. The website states that there is an option to approve and review the order before it being sent out. I have received a review request after 12 AM night prior scheduled delivery, I have replied with requested changes first thing in the morning by 9 AM, however received a notification that the change is not possible, since the driver is already on the way. Surely you can not expect a client to get back to you in the middle of the night for the order review and then reject the change? Not too sure what this approval system is but it definitely needs to be improved. Also the flowers look way different that on the website and doesnt seem to be fresh.

The flowers were delivered on time and my sister absolutely adored the arrangement and enjoyed the Belgian chocolates. I was really surprised how easy the process was. The website was easy to use and filling in the information was straight forward. I ordered the flowers I wanted on the Saturday for a Sunday delivery. Before delivery, I received an email with a video of my flowers and was asked if eveything was OK - which is lovely.I couldnt choose a time slot for delivery, however I guess I could have put that into the notes.The flowers that arrived were lovely, quite a heavy box to be honest. Lets hope they last.

I ordered from Australia for a friend that lives in Dubai and to see the flowers in a video before they were delivered was really comforting. Customer service was polite and accommodating and the flowers were beautiful.

The worst flower shop I’ve dealt with. I’ve contacted them at 10:00AM to do me a garland (necklace flowers) for the graduation and they promised me to do it for sure, then they have sent me a link to pay! I remind them that I need it at 2:00PM and they promised me to deliver it. after that at 12:30PM they told me the supplier cannot provide the flowers and we cannot do it for you today! really I got shocked, they have wasted my time and the graduation is at 3:00PM. They have put me in a bad situation. I am wondering how they sent the payment link before making sure from supplier if they can provide the flowers or not! not recommend at all and this way of dealing it’s not safety.

User-friendly website. Lovely flowers in all sorts of arrangements. Expensive but good quality and reliable. I was even sent a short video of the actual arrangement which proved that the real thing was as good as the photos on the website. Nice touch!

Don’t get fooled by 5 star reviews they’re all fake and this company pays to agencies to write such reviews. Who on the earth will deliver flowers in a cardboard box , we thought the vase is either glass or at the least plastic. But imagine they delivered expensive followers by sticking flowers to foam and the paper/ cardboard vases. They flowers were dying in the same evening , we did put some water to save them and the cardboard vas melted and made a mess. Had to throw away everything the same day. Don’t cheat people and think of long term business. Before Flowers.ae we used many other low priced flowers delivery services their Vases are still with us even after years. Unfortunately i got fooled by good reviews and placed orders for blue flowers and lavender and they delivered pink flowers instead of blue zero lavender and that too in a vase made of cardboard can u imagine!!!! No one on the earth ever delivered us flowers in a cardboard vase.

Flowers AE is amazing! I wish they had a location in NYC!They went above and beyond and sent me a pic and a 360 video of the bouquet before they delivered them to my sister who was at a Dubai hotel. She sent me pics and said the bouquet were gorgeous and as big as a wedding cake.
