We booked online and paid a deposit for a boat with slide on as advertised on there webpage and the lady sent me over a link to pay via card for deposit and I had a confirmation that had booked boat with slide we then got to the day of the boat trip and we got to the boat had no slide on and the people on the boat said they do not have a boat with a slide on and o rang Maria at VIP Deals and they have tried to turn the blame on me even though I have email to prove what I had booked I am now fighting to get my deposit back! I would like to say The Dubai Yacht club was fantastic and really helpful I wish I had booked through them and not this awful company.

This company works with other merchants and at the end you pay double the price for a car rent. VIP deals took not enough action to get our money back from the merchant. Normally a rental company blocks an amount of money for fines and tolls, but this company deducts the money from your account. After almost 30 days we had to bag to return our money and because of the exchange rates we received 160 Euros less which they did not return. Dont book your adventure at VIP Deals !!

Booking was easy sailing. Fantastic yacht!!! It was a bargain price split between a few of us.
