Worst people to deal with in terms of customer service and business relations!I still remember this company, cause the last time I spoke to someone from Safemax they threaten our company and sending emails to our building management and tried to report us to Civil Defense just because we do not want to sign a contract with them. The building management even intervene and advise that Safemax has no rights to force us to signing a contract with them as they only deal with the building maintenance not the privately owned offices like ours (Not tenants)! I dont want to say who that person is as I dont want to ruin someones career over this, but I hope that Safemax should be held responsible for the mess this person has created! Its not good when someone is trying to blackmail you just because they cant get what they want.
