I Cannot recommend this company enough. They were by far the most responsive company I dealt with for my emergency lighting systems setup. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were here by Monday (offered to come in the evening or the weekend). Fixed the problem right away. The other company I had called was about a month out on appointments. These guys are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Cant go wrong with them!

Pradeep is a great guy. He came to my house, a few months ago, to diagnose why the red bell, outside of the house, was going off continuously, for no obvious reason. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. He stopped by the next day to perform the repairs. The bell went of again last night. I called him this morning and he went by the house by 10:30 am. and performed additional repairs to quiet the bell. He explained everything very clearly and did not charge me for the second visit. His rapid response, along with his friendly demeanor and good work ethic are why I am giving him 5 stars. Highly recommend him for fire sprinkler related work

What a great team. As a business owner I love the fact that they know when to come and recertify my extinguishers and I do not have to remember to call them. The peace of mind is very reassuring and the team of techs are fantastic.

Pradeep was the fourth technician (we had tried two other companies) to come out to fix our problem and he was able to resolve it immediately. We are very grateful! He was professional, did a good job of explaining, and most importantly resolved the problem! He also did a great job of keeping me updated. We will definitely call Edges again.

Pradeep took the time to explain our sprinkler head problem in detail so that we would understand. It seems he found a low spot in the dry system branch piping causing water to accumulate at the end of our loading dock line. He recommended installing a drum drip which we are doing as soon as possible. We have been working with Edge Technical Solution for years back and are always completely satisfied.

I returned home late last night to a leak in my bedroom ceiling. The water was pouring out of one of the sprinklers and there was a large water blister in the ceiling next to it. My husband popped the blister to release the water and turned off the main water value to the house. I found Edge Detection Systems.I emailed the company at 11:40 PM and Pradeep a technician arrived this morning at 8:30!It turned out to be an air conditioner pipe, nothing related to the sprinkler system but it was worth the money to have someone respond so quickly and efficiently. I hope I never have a fire sprinkler problem but, if I do, I know Edge is there for me.

Man, I just used these guys for a fire sprinkler project, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.Im moving into an old building and found the existing sprinklers werent up to code just 4 weeks before the move-in date. Edges price was slightly below competitors, and they were incredibly responsive and friendly so I picked them for the project.They designed a new fire system, obtained permits, completed the work, and passed city inspections all on an incredibly short timeline and within our budget. Cant ask for more than that.Special thanks to Pradeep and Finosh for their hard work, excellent communication, and flawless execution on this project. 10/10, would definitely use them again.

I used Edge Technical Solutiin to install a full fire sprinkler system throughout our house. Nissam and Sathish were a pleasure to work with, always professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They had a great rapport with the local fire department which was really helpful in making sure the work would pass inspection without any issues. In the course of our remodeling project, weve had to deal with more than a few shady contractors but Im happy to say these guys were one of the very few that werent. I knew I could trust them to do what they said they were going to do and more - even better no surprise charges or change orders at the end of the job.

HORRIBLE company i ever met!!They painted my door like this!!I already complained about this and how did they respond??IGNORE my calls!!Also they visited SIX times to work in my home and never on the time!! They even showed up 4-5 hours later without notice.

Poor communication skilsl of the staff i called for inquiry the receptionist hold the line for 1 minute and cut the line without telling anything, she needs proper training how to handle the client.
