I am not satisfied with Pioneer Wealth Service, I have bought Life Insurance and a wealth plan through them 8 year ago, and from last 5-6 year not a single call from them or the adviser to explain how the funds are doing nor any advices.. Really not satisfied with their service at all.

They have helped me consolidate my investments into goal based plans that will help me towards my sons education and my retirement. The advice and guidance from their team is sound and timely. Follow up is prompt and updates accurate. One of the best in the UAE.

Have been dealing with Pioneer for about 13 years now. Their service is very good. Have done quite a few of my investments through them. Also all the life insurance policies I have taken up for myself and the family have been done by Pioneer.Usually everything gets done on the phone/email. Sometimes I need to get to their offices. Now if they could do something about the parking downstairs- maybe speak to RTA:)
