I liked Dimples honesty because she did not straight away accept my litigation nor did she falsely promise. I received second call after she spoke with her contacts in the bank and only then I was asked to proceed. My case was handled by Krishna and I have had a genuine, fast and effective response from her and have been guided successfully to get the interest rates slashed from 22% to 5% and my loan has been now restructured successfully with a five year tenure.
