The sttaf is very poor customer service qualityTo day one of them called me and he dont know nothing about my case .he just start reading the paper front of him and says B.S To me .i dont know what they think them selfHabibi this is UAE not your country .here Evey thing under the law .so do a favor for your self and read the case and your right before you bother me.

Collect Plus is a private company acting as debt collector on behalf of du, whatever cases du refers them, they would follow on the same, the problem is with du and dus third party partner companies, how? Lemme explain, one of the third party partner company of du(ZAIN TELECOM; MILLENNIUM PLAZA; OFFICE#1002) has issued a landline account under my name using a copy of my Emirates ID and also signing the contract for the same account with a fake look alike signature to which du have just opened an account without any verification, now how i came to know this is when Collect Plus started calling me to clear off an amount of 1758/- dirhams, and then i had to take off from work on many different days and run up and down to police stations and du shops which took almost 4 months, and finally du claimed to shut off the case but remember that du never did anything about the third party partner company nor did compensate me for all my efforts, moral is, du is very unprofessional at what its doing, and many people like me are sitting at dus main branch on sheikh Zayed rd. everyday trying to solve an issue which they havent got anything to do with, Du is just a telecommunication shark in the sea luring & attacking the fishermen

Unprofessional staff and service how can you call and threat people on behalf of du telecom without investigation that the person is eligible to pay or not.

I used to work for this company, and after I left it, they did not give me my late wages and they evade payment
