The worst mortgage experience one can ever have for many reasons, including but not limited to:1. Hidden costs and higher rates than most of the others in the market;2. Very inflexible - even if you pay 99% of your mortgage, you will have to pay a fortune to defer one payment;3. Some employees work from home - the one that I dealt with was doing nothing at home and was not responding to emails until I escalated; and4. Many employees are unprofessional, although a few were good (most of the good ones left btw).Overall it is a big mess, and I strongly discourage anyone from dealing with Amlak.

Pls anyone wanting to rent the flat with Amalk. Think 100 times....They will never pic your calls, no maintenance service and you will never get your deposit back. They will charge for all the charges on the landlord account to your account while leaving the house.For me they are changing 250 Dhiram for one broken switch and that was broken since the time I rented the flat. For small scratches they are charged like 100 Dhiram. And they are not ready to listen to anyone.So guys in case you planning to shift. Please take pictures of all the broken stuff when you move in and get it written signed...And dont expect any maintenance support.Also, they will send some random inspection guy and he will put all the things as broken.Extremely poor sales staff.I suggest to rent with someone professional landlord.

Worst company ever, worst landlord ever. If you are thinking to rent with them, please consider going somewhere else. I moved out last December and Im still fighting with them to get the security deposit back. Lazy and careless employees, they reached the extent of telling me what do you want from me?? in such a rude way! They never pick up the phone, they never answer to the mails, I submitted all the requested documents for my SD in December and imagine Im still waiting to get my 6k back! The employee told me he had corona in March and couldnt send the mail with the form to the concerned office... Like seriously?? Is it my problem?? Nobody to hand over the issue to?? This is just lazyness, careless and unprofessional behavior! After 6 months they only bother to send my documents yesterday (after calling them 15 times!) as he got Covid... Seriously???! Shame on you Amlak

Unjustifiably high hidden charges & the highest mortgage rates & 100% cheats. Old customers are charged very high rates and they not only just refuse to reduce it, but also threaten the clients. They are arrogant of being a quasi government company and know that no one can take legal action against them. There is no recourse under UAE law as Amlak is government owned.

Unjustifiably charges the highest mortgage rates, more than any other Islamic finance or bank. Old customers are charged higher than new customers who must be lured in. Biggest mistake taking a mortgage from them.

Very high charges deducted when I moved out of flat. Without giving any quotations nor even informing me they did the work and sent me unjustifiably high bill. Very poor service... Nobody answer the office landline when you try to reach them. All other tenants moving out of building was levied with same unnecessary high maintenance cost

Its been a pleasure interacting with AmlakI used to deal with Amir Emam , he is very supportive,professional helping me with all my requests and responds shortly to all our queries .I really recommend you to deal with such company and person.

I am renting a unit from Amlak and have found them to be helpful and responsive, particularly when it comes to giving timely approvals for any maintenance requirements.

I strongly recommend not to rent or buy or even do not knock their door. The worst company ever. They dont respond anything at all. They dont approve any necessary expenses in your home but once you leave home, they charge these expenses to you. It is impossible to reach someone from this company. Their way of working is horrible. Totally a nightmare company.

Unprofessional and unresponsive team. Horrible service. Do not rent any property from there. You will end up paying to fix stuff they should be paying for.

Trying to reach them 10days no one ever called back

I would highly recommend you stay away from any properties run by these people. They do not respond to emails or calls, ignoring you for weeks on end. They remove their numbers from email signatures so you cant call them. I spent over 1.5 months trying to get my security deposit back, and still havent received it, despite my contract stating it should have been returned the day we vacated the unit. It wasnt until I brought up legal action that I received a response from someone. They tried to sneak and lie their way out of paying us back by quoting a clause in our contract that did not apply to us. Became very petty over email, removing me from correspondence with the main contact. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Have never had a worse customer experience than with these incompetent people.

NEVER take an appartment on rent from them. Most unprofessional and unresponsive staff. Extremely poor maintenance services. If white goods stop working, they dont repair and ask tenant to buy the white goods themselves. Never pick up phone call and respond in an arrogant manner.

Never rent a flat from these people. My flat with no cooker nor AC connection for 2 month and the problem is not sorted out till now. They simply dont care.

They totally ignore customer requests. Never reply to emails and are not reachable by phone. Have to go personally to their office every time. Their rates are highest in market as well

I have been following up for an issue in my account from last month , no one has an answer ,several follow up sent no feedback, the worst they add charges to my monthly installment due to system upgrade but no one know why and from where it added to my account .although the rate has not change.
