It is a good platform but RM from agent (Gold mine) make me loss all the profits and capital one day. If you know trade yourself it is good one dont believe RM s words they will make you loss I thinking agents are benefits from our loss.

Literally the worst , they dont call you they harass you. Despite saying not interested they keep calling, I am a person who has experience in the market i can tell these sales people have 0 knowledge in market , they just sell words and deliver nothing which is very evident from the reviews. Probably the worst kind of platform, company to deal with. Got to know them from a third party broker el Marid Marketing services who simultaneously kept on calling me and trying to convince me. Ended up dealing with Noor Capital who made me loose money in my first 3 days. RMs are not calling or following up and they talk to you rudely as you dont satisfy them. Anybody trading with a small amount of money is mistreated and will make them loose. My friend is experienced and he told me they make profit even if we loose just by opening deals. I am the one who kept on calling the RM until at the end he asked me to withdraw the rest of my money as he dont want to deal with small amounts. I had a very bad experience of my life. Somehow, got trapped into this trading because of 3rd party agent kept on calling. Initially I thought, let me explore it with small amount. I felt interesting. As the time went on, RM convinced me to top-up the account with high amount and then all the leads came from Noor Capital were exactly reverse to the market trend. I kept on loosing all hard earned savings invested in this account. I dont know, how the RMs are getting benefitted out of it.My loss is huge, cant express publicly.

It is one of the best broker in the UAE. I have seen several bad reviews against them. Actually its our fault that we dont have any knowledge and start online trading. Its not practical thing that with out prior training or knowledge we start a thing and than latter on trap in it.The best thing to first learm the trading mechanism and live trading after that. Dont do any trade base on the advise from the account manager. Juat listen them and decide by yourself that either its worthful for you or not. Beacsue ultimately its your money. Nobody will take care for it more than you.In my first month i started trading from 6000$ and earn 18000$. But due to my own less knowlege and mistaks i have loasted 14000$ in one day. Sometimes we thought that we knows each and every thing and due to over confidence do some blunders.Noor capital in service wise plate form is perfect. I can with draw money in 2 days some times they ask for bank account statement beoflre transfering but it happenes in the early transfers only due to security reason.Again my advise for all please dont do tardes with out knowlege and later on blame to the broker. There was a rude agent named Arnella who called me and asked me for my email address. I told her to call me back later in the evening and still insisted that she is just getting my email address and when I say I am not interested, she just said oh the truth comes out and just drop the phone on me without saying anything else. Please send this rude agent named Arnella for Telephone Etiquette Training so she would know how to respond to any Client.

I withdrew my money just 10 days after depositing it with them because I discovered that when buying a stock you do not actually own it so I didnt want to use theyre service anymore.To my shock it turns out that they charge $ transaction 3.8 not 3.6735.So just by depositing Dhs 60,000, without doing anything, and redepositing that same amount after 10 days back to your account, they will deduct Dhs 2,100 in transaction fee and return to your bank Dhs 57,900.The government should not allow this.Another thing is, AND THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, is that stocks on their platform is very limited. I counted around 60. If you plan to buy a stock thats trending then 99% you will not find it on their platform.To be fair, on the plus side, theyre very responsive and theres always someone that can talk to you immediately for any inquiry you have. If you do not mind the high transaction fee and and you actually dont mind not owning the physical stock and trade in margins, then go ahead. Try your luck.*Note: This review is not based on their service as I did not try them but rather on the insanely high transaction fee that theyre charging.

Unethical and poor manners. They make money on Investors losses. The sales and marketing are telling bad things on other companies to attract and push people to put money. The management of sales and marketing are bunch of greedy and fake people.

I am writing to complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory call I received from third party company which deals with Noor Capital on 17-18 Feb. Not being the first time I do business in these sphere, I am surprised of the terrible way of treating a valued client.I was received call by a rather unprofessional employee. They kept on interrupting me, they were rude, and they offered me to invest cryptocurreny. In the end, I said Im not interested in cryptocurrencies but, still receiving calls from unprofessional salesbroker from different numbers even (personal number) and he begs me to deposit money in their platform only for 2 weeks. For this reason that, Im pretty sure it is safe to say I will never be investing with your company.I highly suggest you teach your sales representatives (cold callers) how to deal with people.I wonder why theyre begging to deposit for 2 weeks to do business with you people. I hope someone, somewhere reads this and makes sure a proper resolution is provided and necessary precautions are taken.

Very poor quality advisors who can ruin your capital to 0. The advisors are not at competent who do not understand the clients requirements and risk potential. Advisors are being rated not on the positive deals they close with the clients but the no of transactions done does not matter client made profit or loss. So the advisors target clients to open more postions and does not care whether they give profits or loss. Advisor are just commission driven on no of transactions, which is pathetic. Would not recommend unless you have your own sources for right investment.

I have been with this broker for 6 months and I made profit. then I decided to withdraw money due to high spread. Then I received a call saying that my bank reply to the broker that Im Deceased. ( I have the evidence and picture as written in MT4). So I told my bank account manager about it and said that there were no transaction received but ask for Transaction reference or swift number. I called the Broker and asked for it but they didnt provide it for me and they made me wait for 15 days. They also shouted over the phone to me and called me Fraud. After that I called the Head office in Abu Dhabi and said I will open investigation since I live in UAE. later on they told me try another request for another bank account and I did. then I received the money after many emails and fighting for my money. I have all the evidence.

This is a very bad company. They cold call over and over and over despite any time of day. Their call center agents are rude and unprofessional. When I asked them from were they got my number, they replied back saying the government of Dubai authorized them to get peoples number and they have the right to call. I have no interest in dealing with this company.
