One of the worst company I have ever seen in my lifetime...They know only to warn and doesnt clear the doubt of people...They took our money by threatening us for legal process .And we lost our father recently, they have no shame to take money from orphans .May Allah show the right path to them

This is a big CHEATER.. dont trust this company.. i had a bad experience for their offer in DU ipay in carrefour dcc they offered 200aed per mnth which less of 75aed for 3mnths and 26GB plus additional remaining GB.. for example whatever the remaining GB it will add next month according to Mr Ian Danao But it seems that never happened but before we took this offered he guaranteed us that it will be and yet to make our confusion clear we came back again just to confirm and he said YES ma’am.. so we carry on.. Next mnth the bill came yes we got discounted but the GB is not what he said but only 6GB add..then i came to complained but the lady whose their that time said only 6GB will be added but why Mr Danao lied? Again bill came next mnth no more discount so i came to see Mr danao he said he will contact me to solve this issue but nothing happend. Its useless.. several times i came to follow up but nothing happened till i complained to DU itself bcoz he said wherever u complained its up to me..just want to say something don’t fool people for u to sell.. its not good to cheat your ruined the DU name.. remember God is watching u may now success but eventually you will pay after
