I dont normally take the time to do reviews but I was so impressed with the attentive and considerate service here I felt the need to.The service I received was in stark contrast to the Consulate I visited earlier, I wont say which one, which wrongly told me I needed some documents needed to be attested again as the date on the previous attestation was too old.The kind gentleman that assisted me explained that attestations dont have an expiry date but was kind enough to do it again.Really great to meet Public Servants that under the meaning of service.

Good for documents attestation only. Any residency related applicant is shoo-ed away or not given proper attention. Disappointed

Quick and professional service. Short waiting time. Prompt reply to different questions. Location is just great - inside Emirates towers, ground floor. 5min walk from Emiratea towers metro station. Covid regulations are strictly followed. Recommended for residency matters, including issuance of birth certificates of babies born in the UAE.

The service in this center is amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Since I found out about this center 2 years ago I started doing all my paperwork there.... Everything run very smoothly and in almost no time.Modar (the costumer service person) there is a very polite and helpful gentleman. He makes sure that everyone is satisfied and finish their business smoothly and give the right information to you.

Terrible experience. Came first time, they told me i need to make legal translation first, then come back. After i took it to legal translation, they told me they cannot do it without ministry stamp!!!Had to come back, You take number and no clue how many people are before you, some people pretend they didn’t get the message with ticket number and they take them in priority ?!The lady in entrance is very rude, after 1 hour waiting i asked how many people are before me, as there is no screen showing current customer number, and she just told me “Many, sit down!”.Unbelievable!!!

We need someone to ease things for us .. not making it hard and asking for unnecessery things !
