Sorry to say, these people here are heplful but once they dont know what to explain to the patient they will just say escalate it to DHA. How dare you out the status of Dispute Resolved where in fact it didnt resolve our case!You just listened to the insurance company who doesnt care on the patients welfare and even no proof or inconsistent false claims.Shame on you.

Worst service I ever saw In my life.1- customer support isnt available2- Redesigning the platform made it worse3- Registration and renewals are blocked by the system that generates negative notes on random bases without clarification on how to remove them!Ive been trying to renew my license for two months, followed up with employees via email and phone but no answer! either the employee is off for holidays or no picks up the phone on the given extensions! and now I have to pay a fine!please go back to the old system as neither us the customers nor the employees know how it works Or improve the user experience on the platform by simply giving a proper training to the IT department on the system and redesign the whole front and back end.

Complaint resolution is a total waste of time. Neither the insurer nor the authority have a proper idea of how insurance systems should work and what the potential safety hazard of low budget workshop repair is. The rules that the authority applies are not even in line with the civil law and nobody gives a damn.

Same as other comments, waste of time and they stand with the insurance company. my issue with them was that the insurance fixed the left side of the car, and made it look different on each side and they called that return it to its condition

Absolutely nightmare!I am currently facing a massive problem with Methaq Takaful Insurance concerning the whereabouts of my car for more than a month?! I have tried contacting The Insurance Authority for almost 2 weeks now to sort the issue as expected from such an amazing government. They did not do anything useful for me instead they closed my compliant without telling me or even sorting my problem out!!! and Im still phoning them everyday since the situation is getting worse and worse with the bully Methaq Takaful Insurance, Al Shamil Auto Workshop and Liberty Motors R P M Workshop but unfortunately the Insurance Authority employees just passing me to each other like a snowball.Im still hoping for help from Dubai Government to find my car and get me my rights.

Insurers are still the first-class beneficiariesThe consumer pays large amounts even if the traffic record is cleanFor several yearsInsurance is compulsory and the vehicle market is huge in the countryPlease note that I have submitted suggestions that will solve many problems easily, such as requiring the vehicle inspection mechanism by registration centers in dedicated boxes and by specialists after repair to accept delivery, which will force maintenance workshops to improve performance and othersThe load caused by a higher tolerance ratio to reduce recklessness or carelessnessIt is illogical to consider the specifications of the insured vehicle in the case of third party insurance because increasing the proportion of accident expectations mainly related to the driver and not the vehicle, the driver owning a modern vehicle and an excellent class does not mean an increased rate of causing accidents and vice versa!

Where are those responsible for services in this authority? The worst body I have ever dealt with. Originally, no one answers the calls and the autoresponder closes the call, no matter what options you choose, whether a new complaint, follow-up to a complaint or even general information. Is it possible that this happens in a government body?

The Insurance Authority is located in the same building of the Securities and Commodities Authority on the third floorOf the worst performing circuits at allIncident and comprehensive insurance and insurance company refused repairI controlled the bodyThe Abu Dhabi Office was resolved to solve my problemI follow the Northern EmiratesI have not received any communication, no call, no communicationI followed my case myself and found no response only to procrastinationAn expert asked for my money and did not send lists of names and so without any interest at allit was located in the same building of securities and commodities in the third floor

It is a completely terrifying thing, no one, as if you were speaking from Mars, there is nothing but automatic response and they point in your face, and no one responds to you with a loss in them the name of the body
