Good Shop with speacial items but the counter staff are irresponsible persons with lack of knowledge and disrespectful to customers and not standing on their own words, when we ask particularly they are saying fotgot.....is this is the way of business..They need to learn first how to behave..... very much frustrated while purchasing only one item....Hahaha... good joke, as you are linking this matter with invoice which i have taken...1. Your Staff taken order from us and forgot to order to your supplier. When we remind then only they wake up.2. Already I have informed him that i will pay through credit card which they accepted but at the time of payment they are asking extra money for credit purchases.If anything we are telling, they said forgot... only one useless word... we forgot... see.

Worst experience. The person on the counter thinks he is in a monopoly business. Very rude and very unprofessional. Price is very high. Very orthodox way of doing business. Would suggest people to spend 15 mins more and go to golden screw in ras al khor and get anything at a very cheaper price.Reason for this low review -We bought a bolt from them which was supposed to be 24mm. Actual size sold to us was 23.7mm which we didnt had a problem with but it wont fit our application. We went back to return the bolt and the guy says he wont return it. First of all as per DED its illegal to say you wont return a sold item which isnt used. On top of that the person on the counter says the bolt is 24mm. Upon asking to check it in front of us and prove it, he says its not his job to check the size of the bolt, take it to a lab and get him the report. Really???We had a vernier on hand and wanted to show him actual size but he dosent wants to look at it because he will be proven wrong in front of his staff and other customers.Anyways wont visit you again ever and will make sure if ever someone asks me where to buy a bolt I tell them this story so they know what might happen to them.Goodluck!!!
