One of the most disgusting experience of buying something that costs over 1500 AED. no dust bag to pack it and the reason given : we don’t have. That’s a new level of wow !!#disappointed.

They have a variety of items in here both for men and women. However, I find the Outlet Store in US to be a lot cheaper and the prices doesnt really differ that much from the retail stores. The only main difference is the collection is old and most of the times theyre on sale.

I loved Coach just as a brand for quality and designs. However, after visiting this store for after sale purpose, was completely pleased with staff and assistance. Everyone will be nice when you are buying and not everyone when it comes to assistance. Coach team in outlet is really helpful. I became more loyal to brand now for its customer service. Definitely will be going there again and advise everyone to visit as well.
