This was my first visit at this branch for a lunch. The ambience is superb with adequate indoor and outdoor seating..The staff is very active and serves with a smile every time they come to you.. had tried their regular falafel & hummus before and just loved it.. this time wanted to try the stuffed falafel which was yummy..the food thing is they have a variety of options for vegetarians to.choose from..will be back to try some other dishes here .

Thanks for letting me know where not to order falafel from. 8 pieces of cold falafel with this left over tahina container. No bread no pickles nothing. Not sure why falafel is on your menu in the first place.

Last night we ordered our food from Operation Falafal JBR branch while coming back from work. We were assuming it will take 40-50 minutes.. but can u imagine it cane to us in just 20 minutes.. we were shocked to see such quick delivery. Food was in beautiful spill proof packing . It was pretty hot and very very fresh. Taste is as usual-very good. Quantity was sufficient. Each roll was pretty heavy and quite tummy full . Would love to order again ❤️

Place is pretty laid back. The food tasted great and was really well priced for a location on JBR. I has the shawarma and that is something Ive had at some really amazing places and this one did not disappoint. Vet pleased with my experience.

Went before Ramdan , the food was delicious and affordable although the place was overcrowded and I sat outside and it was hot and tables were so close to each other, the ladies sitting next to me were extremely loud couldn’t enjoy my time there but I enjoyed the food.

This place serves the most amazing falafel and Shawarma. I visited their branch in JBR which gives you the perfect view of Dubai Ain and offers you amazing Arabic cuisine. We are always amazed by the quality and taste this place has to offer.

Last time I was there I had 2 different falafel wrap options, the special falafel and the one with eggplant and ordered a fattoush salad as well. Both wrap were delicious, I only wish they were a bit hotter. The fattoush is delicious and a must try. You can find Operation falafel all around Dubai since it has many branches.

Best fatouche salad! This place is my go to restaurant for a quick lunch. The service is always great, the staff is attentive and the food comes out quickly and inexpensive for the quality and portions.

Best place for some Arabic food

Being a vegetarian is sometimes difficult in Dubai, but it seems that this place is made for the vegetarians. The food is great, the prices are nice, the staff is very helpful, especial thanks to Salvador. I strongly recommend Operation: Falafel.

The food is not like on a picture at all. Eggplant is ok. But not shawarma platter. It is so so. Also they have brought very small portion of eggplant. Service is terrible . It is more like mcdrive then nice place to eat. Disappointed. Can’t recommend

I have been eating at Operation Falafel for couple of years. I love the food. Top class. But this particular branch is even topping the experience. Good place , usually has good food. But unfortunately today when we ordered the beetroot cheese salad. The avocados inside were little and raw. Will still give them a second chance.Edited:New update: the restaurant gave me a bowl of fresh new cut avocados that made everything better. Good to know they take issues seriously :)

The name says it all, the best falafel in dubai.We visited yesterday me & my fiancé, we ordered the stuffed falafel its the best if you love spicy falafel, we also ordered the beetroot salad. The service was so good waiters & manager were checking on us, food is affordable & delicious. Highly recommended

The worst customer experience ever!! I made an order over the phone and it took them hours hour and half to deliver and still they didnt deliver the foodevery time i call they are checking with the driverIn one word .. pathetic!

I must say this place is really great and a must. It is simple, but the food is excellent. Arabic food/dishes as they should be. They have a variety and dont think the dishes are small, they look only small. But since you order several to try, you get full. The music though was always loud, so you had to speak loud to hear eachother. We went several times.

A nice place to dine. The food is good and prepared quickly. Taste of dishes (we tried the falafel, hummus and shawarma platter) is good, but could use a little more seasoning for me personally. Service is prompt and the staff are very friendly. Overall a great place to eat, for a large meal or a snack. Decent outdoor seating too.

Excellent surfing time, very clean, excellent communication and excellent location in JBR.Food wise falafel was below average and very small, it should be called min falafel and terrible taste, definitely I won’t come to eat falafel here.Zaater pizza was above average, eggs is average.Don’t come if you want food only but it might work for the total experience

Disappointed with the size of my chicken Shawarma that arrived at my door. So small it really was pathetic. :(

Operation Falafel’s shawarma open platter (AED36) attempted to satisfy the cravings. A mixture of chicken and beef arrives with essentials like pickles, onions, and warm soft puffy pitas to make our own sandwiches. The meat was fairly tender, but the sauces so subdued that I couldn’t taste the difference between the garlic aioli and tahini. Two sauces that are generally strong in sesame or garlic flavours, and Operation Falafel’s tasted like mayo with a sprinkling of seasoning. Sure, they’re okay to dip fries into, but couldn’t stand up against shawarma.At least the soft puffy pitas were on point and the pickles tangy enough to add interest to everything.

Loooooooove their shawarmas and falafels! Super super tasty! Its the place I always order from and in almost 2 years it has never gone wrong. We also dine-in sometimes and their service team is very friendly. It can get quite busy on the weekends, but its always worth waiting. Will always be back :)

The setting is nice, maybe a bit loud. The food is light and tastes well. We ordered Chicken and beef shaworma, one large sandwich was not enough ( It says large on the menu but its not that big) so we ordered a couple more. The haloumi salad was great.

We ordered the stuffed falafel, Arabic shawerma platter, Egyptian foul being accompanied with fresh bread. We had falafel platter which has a really good crispy falafel and a tasty hummus,stuffed falafel was too spicy, quinoa tabbouleh which didn’t have any flavor,fattoush, zaatar were nice watermelon juice was too sweet pineapple juice was just ok, lemon mint was good...prices are a bit high, staff and atmosphere were nice.

Good quality food for a fair price point. Nice street food / fast food version of some classic regional dishes. I did not rate it with 5 stars because i had some similar dishes in other restaurants which I liked even a little more.

When it comes traditional breakfast, I would highly recommend Operation Falafel... great food, nice staff and fair prices. We are several times here but never other meals other than breakfast.
