Love the new decor. I was served by Teresa, hairstylist, whom I can trust completely with my haircut and colouring. Erica, gave me a good foot massage while my hair was being colored. Very happy with the service and will definitely come back for more.

I have been going to this salon for over ten years and consider myself to be a loyal customer. I have moved homes not only within Dubai but also changed Emirates but have never found a salon as good as Glitz. The service is consistently of a high standard and the best part about the salon is their excellent staff who always provide excellent service!!!! Would recommend that everyone try this salon as you would be wasting your money elsewhere for manicures, pedicures and hair spa treatments. Do not recommend for hair colour and cuts though.

Beautifull salon

Have been coming here for the past 10 of years and have always received very good service. Staff are well mannered and respect their customers. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and I always do. Sudha is the best for hair dry and she has very good advises in regards ti hair growth. She is very clean with her own stuff that she is using and she pays very well attention to details. Teresa is the senior hair dresser. Shes been doing my hair (coloring and highlights) for more than 7 years now. She is too honest about what you need, keeps asking about the results and feedback even after two weeks of the service. And will give you the best advice about what your treatment should be. Sonia is a great and excellent with hair oil message if you like high hands pressure. She is a facial specialist too, so she will use her techniques also to message the face too. Irene is the best for nails. I do cleaning for cuticles and scrap for feed. She is very good with waxing and bleaching. Elvie, the Receptionist- has the best customer service attitude ever! She will never take No as an answer, will always give you other options. She listens very well to your needs. When she is off, I truly miss her. Rose, the best hair stylist for simple ones. Evelyne- she is not only a cleaner, she is the Mom of everyone. She offers extra care (she reminds me if I paid my parking!), great tea and coffee and also can be a treasurer! I keep all my stuff with her if I need to leave my shampoo or even if I have walk inside a room to do facial or other service, so I do not have to worry about my belongings. And at last and not least, Julie, the Saloon owner. Such a great lady. She often in saloon and will ask you if you have any request or if you need further assistance with anything. I love this place and I truly feel home when I am there.This is the main branch and they have other branch too. If you ever decide to visit the Saloon, ask for Elvie the receptionist and tell her that you were referred by SALLY and I am sure she will give you a good price.Paid parking is available, in front and back yard too. Most important thing, they open on Friday..! Yes, they do from 10:00 am till 9:00 pm (usually beauty saloons they open at 2:00 pm on Friday).

Staff is good, just I did henna design, is the worst thing I have ever seen. When I came home and I wash my hands, that sh.. color (Orange). I feel shame to show my hands. Really shame for the cheap products that you keep.

Unbelievable! Very unprofessional! Came to inquire and the receptionist calculated it for me; had to compare the rates to my old salon and price was reasonable however I could get the same rate from my old salon with gelish mani pedi.. so as I’ve thanked the old receptionist, and while we were leaving she then made faces; Quick Fix: learn to be discreet! It would help you alot in life! Goodluck!
