We order 6000pcs non-woven bags from this company (Eco Creations fabrics manufactures industry llc). Their representative Mr. Salah came to our office and he is talking very professional and we believe him and we are very serious with our jobs and customer service, so we give this company to the order and they asks 80% of advance money to start the work then we paid the money AED 4500 (Eco creation Receipt voucher#2021-03220987 on 27/01/2021) and they agreed within 1 weeks they can deliver the item by cash on delivery for balance invoice amount, and we agreed the deal. After 1 week Mr. Salah not answering our call then after two days he call back then he tells some technical issue and too much busy with other work. Then he give us 100pcs only and he tell within four days he will give all balance bags and he asks AED 1000 again and he request to believe him he was some technical issues before, and he can give 100% sure within four days. But we didn’t give money this time but we agreed him if he give own time within four days we will give extra money than the invoice amount we before agreed. But still same he cannot give our item he just give us some cut pieces of the raw material and he told he cannot do it and we go for another company. We lost our money and a good customer also. At first Mr. Salah told us he is the owner of this ECO CREATION Company, at last we go for case filing and realized that the original owner of this company is Mr. Akmam and then we contact with Mr. Akmam also, then he told us sorry for this happen and he agreed to return back our money and we waiting more than 07 months but still we didn’t receive our money back.So, we don’t suggest anyone for this company especially for big quantity jobs. As per our experience very bad customer service and disappointed.
