Bought two expensive Yonex NF raquets and the quality was bad. The racquet frame broke just after one play within 5 days of purchase. When buying I had explicitly asked if I can exchange it if there are major defects in the shaft or frame and had received a positive reply. However, when I visited on the occurance of the problem I was turned away saying no warranty on racquets. The products are bit expensive. Only reason to visit is if you want a wider selection. Cannot comment on the originality of products. The staff was okay when it came to badminton recommendations. Nothing great but just okay.

Bought a fitflop sandal, within 2 uses the color of the sandal faded. When complained with the store we understood that they are not authorized retailer. Hence recommend to avoid purchasing from here.

This is a good sport equipment store. Currently (Mar 2019) they are running a discount offer in the ware house. Plently of shoes, sportswear, luggage, perfurmes etc... on offer prices. I have visited the warehouse sale and I found it to be genuine and worthwhile. Do visit.

I went to Cosmos 4 days ago to buy my son his first cycle. one of the staff, Mahboob approached and showed me one. We finalised it and bought it on the next day. We did not even run for 10 m and brought it at home. Next day, the rear wheel had no air. We had bought an air pump so used it twice but the air did not stay for more than a minute. We called the cycle shop, they said bring the cycle and we will see. We took the cycle and they took my mobile number. They said take a round and we will call you. We waited outside for an hour but no one called. We went to the shop and they said it’s not ready yet. They Said go home, we will call you. No one called for 2 days and when I called they said it’s not yet fixed but come in the evening to pick it up; I said please call me once fixed because I don’t want to waste my time. We waited, no one cared or rather bothered. Pathetic customer service. Businesses dont grow on arrogance. There are better shops in the market, specially the smaller shops however I chose to buy from Cosmos thinking that bigger brand or shops may give me better service if needed. Finally, when I called today, they said it is fixed since last 2 days, why didn’t you come. I said I had given my mobile number, why didn’t you call. And, the excuse was, they lost my mobile number; I would say they lied. When we went there, they said there was a nail in the tube so they charged another AED 40; I would say this is another lie. Whenever I had called the guy on the phone (some Kerala guy; not Mahboob) was very arrogant. I’m not going to visit this shop in future and I would request all of my friends not to visit this shop.

Poor customer service. I had to go fetch a staff attendant despite the shop being completely empty. He had no idea about the products and he just walked away. After getting angry, another attendant came. He seemed equally clueless about the products and he left too. I was really angry and another female attendant saw me sitting using my phone and doing nothing. I explained her the whole situation. It turned out that one of the staffs was a store manager!Then she took me upstairs where they had more collection (which the other two staff members did not even mention!) and showed me the types of shoes which I was trying to get. Three stars only because she attended me well and I found good shoes for me. Otherwise, I would be giving 1 at maximum.

I went to Cosmos today to buy my daughter her first cycle.. one of the staff approached and showed me one after I called couple of time for someone to help me.When asked about the price one of the male staff came over and told me he would come back on the price.. we waited for sometime..no one bothered to come ..noticed the seat was already cracked . We waited no one cared or rather bothered to ask or assist us.. Pathetic customer service..maybe it was coz we came to buy only a cycle and they were interested in people who came to buy the whole shop..I would never ever shop at cosmos again.. this is not the first but 2nd... Businesses dont grow on arrogance..please i dont want anyone calling me saying that they will make sure to fix it or whatever.. there are other better shops.. And I did buy my daughter her cycle a good one way better than what I saw there from karama itself..

Unfortunately very poor customer service at the badminton academy and not to mention exorbitant fees range. It wouldnt be worthwhile for anyone to start studying there if the responses are this way. Lots of wonderful, customer friendly academies nearby.

I went for an interview it was done within 2 hours.. what I loved was alcis t-shirts made from 8 waste plastic bottles that was really inspiring to see (Saving environment). They have wide variety of products ( all sports requirement fulfillment at one stop) however when I came back from interview I asked few people living around me about cosmos sports nobody know about it and I think they should be recognized and promoted for no cost and Im looking forward to work with them make it possible insha Allah.Signing off Syed Ameer 😇

Crazy about brands? Want to purchase at lower price compared to mall? This is the place for you. You can find variety of brand products here at affordable price. Shoes, dress and lot other stuffs are available here. Smaller shop is in front and bigger one is behind it. I liked a shoe from sketchers, the price of the same shoe outside the shop is around 350 AED but I got it for just 150 AED. Now you might be thinking it might a first copy. Nope, you are wrong. Its original. I dont know how they are selling it for so low price. Who cares? I am getting it for my unimagined price.

Very bad behavior stafs

We friends brought many badminton rackets from there. They have plenty of product options and experienced staffs as well.

Me and my friend bought ASHAWAY Badminton racket at 165AED each, within few days the netting given away on mine and his racket cracked... When we approached them for warranty, they simply denied it and didnt consider any request, also we wanted to purchase volley ball but only seven pieces were in display and that too were in damaged condition and no fresh piece.

I prefer other store than this one. But shoes have a good deal.

Worst service ever at karama shop. I went there to fix my cycle puncture, at first they said they dont fix punctures they only replace the tube, I said ok to that and they replaced the tube with new one and charged me 50AED for that. Once I ride my cycle home it got puncture again I bring back the cycle to them for fixing it. They tried 4days to fix it by repairing the puncture which he said they dont do before. But they couldnt fix and finally diagnosed that its some unknown unidentifiable problem of the particular rim and tyre, and I need to replace them withbrand new items. Fortunately I did not say yes to that. I just took the cycle to the nearest cycle repair shop and they just installed a new good quality air tube and fixed the issue in no time, and the best part is they charged me only 15 AED for that. See how unprofessional these cosmos guys are the real problem was with their poor quality tubes and they asked me to change the rim and tyre for the sake of their sale. Dear Cosmo guys if you are reading this please improve the service quality bring someone who really know something about cycles and your products. The one who claimed its the problem with tyre and rim used this phrase as per management if its really from the management opinion really pathetic. Change YouTube engineers and bring one real engineer for ccycle service after all its just a puncture I wonder what if it was something serious.

I went to buy a bicycle At the Karama branch and the person attending me was clueless about the bicycle features I chose, I ask about another model and he was clueless. Ask him to send someone else who can give some more details . Got some wrong information. Very disappointedAsk the cashier for some questions, got wrong informations again. Very poor service. went to cosmos sports madina mall branch for stringing my shuttle racket. they deliver me d bat very next day itself. at the same day when i was playing my first shot with d racket the string broke again. so i went to d showroom again n d staff was telling v cant replace the string coz its coz of my fault in d racket. then i asked if there is a fault in my racket n if u r aware it will break then y cant u inform me before stringing. but truth is there is no problem with my racket. he needs to sell a new racket to me. thats his business (crooked mind). but i didnt fell in his crooked business technique. a short indian guy was d staff who deals with me. also his attitude was not good. he doesnt know how to deal with the customer. he was avoiding me from the scene. so in short i dont recommend this shop.
