Recommended for birthdays, get well soon/hospital visits, graduation, guests reception, and workplace/office environment. Not recommended for Weddings or formal business events. These would last for approximately 7 days, Yet, (would last upto 10-12 days if you follow professional florist care guide). Delivery has exceeded the scheduled time, arrived 6 hours late, but on the same day. If you live outside Dubai in other emirate, it is advisable to schedule the delivery *one day in advance - just to avoid the inconvenience (In case it occurs). It looks so pleasant that you cannot take your eyes off them. Plus, it is very distinguished looking flowers, it looks stunning in pictures and in real-life. They do not photoshop their flowers which is something I personally appreciate a lot. Three words to describe Upscale and Posh: Simple, elegant and well-designed. Overall experience: Excellent!

For my birthday last week my mother from afar sent me a beautiful unique flower arrangement of bright blue orchids. Strangely they started to shed and almost all died within 5 days. Im giving this flower shop however 5 stars because when we mentioned we were disappointed with the quality, they replied within hours to apologize and ensure they would look into why this happened, stating that they are a small family busy business who take their customers complaints very seriously to stay loyal, unlike the others. A few hours later a courier was at my doorstep, with a brand new bouquet of flowers as a compensation! Also the Robert who communicated with me got in touch with my mother to apologize himself and reassure her that he would look into the matter. I Highly recommend their services as Ive never seen such attentiveness and empathy when dealing with customers! Support small businesses, it makes all the difference!!

Very bad customer service. I wanted to order a bouquet for my wedding day, so I wanted to ask some details about the flowers they have available and customize a bouquet. As I found out, the descriptions on their website are very inaccurate and when I tried to contact them on WhatsApp they first replied very rudely and after that left me on read. Disappointing

Ordered the Rare Beauty which is advertised as featuring blue orchids, white roses and other supporting plants, as well as a free vase, but the flowers came with purple orchids and no vase. I understand that during these corona times its difficult and perhaps they dont have the right flowers, but at least let me know via email or phone?

Totally unreliable! I made an order that was supposed to be delivered between 9 to 1pm (4hrs slot) and it is already 2pm and have no sign of delivery... even they r not able to know when it can be delivered and blaming me it on their third party logistics... what a shame! 0 star is what they actually deserve... it was my first time and last! Im so frustrated and so disappointed and they screwed my valentine day so far!

Rubbish customer service. The whatsaap customer service option is just a gimmick. They do not answer the phone and reply back after 2 or 3 hours. I even told them I will send my driver to collect just share the location and confirm the flowers are ready but still no reply. Will never do business with them again nor recommend them for somone. I would have gotten a better deal If I bought my flowers from a gas station! Completely unacceptable.

The flowers were fresh and the presentation was nice - with clean vase and with personal message.Customer service via whatsapp/site chat is fast and easy. I will be using their service again. Wouldnt recommend these guys!Placed order online and messaged them in particularly asking them to deliver on time and guess what. As expected - no delivery!!!All I got was apology and that they are too busy and lots of order so lagging behind. When you go to the website, the person whom you will chat is very understanding and approachable and patient to answer your questions, the same goes with the person who will speak with you on whatsapp...though i will rate the flowers 4.3 and the baloons 4.3 only because its understandable that i paid the affordable ones but the service is definitely a 5/5 because the time that they were already delivering the flowers to the recipients office which is Al Qouz and i need to ask them to travel back to the burjuman, they did right away without hesitation or additional charge. two thumbs up to upscale & post..definitely will use your service again

Used these guys twice now to buy flowers for my sweetie. :) Each time I had no problem finding the perfect flowers and sweets. Everything was very high quality and competitively priced. But what impressed me the most was their customer service. Both times I requested custom delivery times. The first time was only a few hours notice and they delivered exactly on time. The second time I ordered I had them change the delivery date because I thought I had made a mistake on the timing. Then less than 24 hours later I realized the original date I requested was right. So with only a few hours to spare I request they change the delivery date and time again. (This order contained not only flowers but also sweets with a customized message that had to be inscribed by hand) But even with the short notice and change of plans they delivered exactly on time. I will definitely use these guys again.

Even after i had upgraded my order to POSH(BEST)...just added a whole lot of baby breaths. Really loved the first bouquet that my parents ordered for my Husband. It was a riot of colour, and the teddy that came with it is very cute.The second bouquet was disappointing as the colour combination of the flowers and the cloth did not match, plus the bouquet looked very different from what was displayed in the picture.

Worst customer service ever ! I had placed an order and tried to exchange it within a minute of placing the order and I was told that I would not be refunded the difference. I have never heard of a business not giving refunds and not being helpful at all. Do not order from this business !

Within a shorter notice, they accept my request, and they even delivery it one hour before the agreed time, they saved me because I was busy to buy the flowers and doesnt have time to do so , I recommend the service and for sure will deal with them again.
