She is a great organizer who gives attention to all little details. Her calm and reassuring presence on the day and in the days leading up to wedding made everything stress free and perfect for us. We really appreciate all your hard work in making the event such a memorable and beautiful occasion.

This company has give us some of the best options for venues.I like the kindest and discretion showed.My husband is Saudi so we have to listen to his requests to have a Seperate for the mens.I want to have a more western theme romance. They have produced costing and seating arrangements already

Made a mistake of contacting this company for a wedding planning service and another mistake of giving them my whatsapp number!The lady I spoke with Nora turned out to be a complete nut case. Our conversation was spaced out through couple weeks and every time she stared as if it’s the first time we speak.When I asked to set up a meeting she told me she would check her schedule and get back to me. What I got in response 5 days later was a general welcome sentence from the company in Arabic (we were communicating in English before) and a introduction video. Completely random.At this point I informed her that we are not interested in working with them, to which Nora preceded to bombard me with messages and calls which I declined.Naturally I politely asked to stop contacting me but that didn’t stop her.Same night she messaged me at almost 12am (!) at which point I told her it was completely inappropriate and blocked her number.I do have screen shots of these bizarre behavior if anyone is interested. What a nightmare.

Oliver is one of the most talented event planner I personally deal with.

The worst experience ever. We had a meeting with Lara, who was not prepared for the meeting at all, even though we have got a few calls before the meeting asking about the venue, guests, etc. Lara was barely speaking during the meeting, she was not familiar with anything and was just showing us the pictures from their insta, so we could just copy any of those. I didnt understand the point of that, as we were looking for creative solutions, since we have a very unique venue, with unusual layout. All they want and care is to make as much money as they can. Well, as soon as I did let them understand that we are familiar with the eproximate prices on what they are suggesting to us, the meeting was finished. Lara promised us to send a plan, but no one got back to us. She disappeared :)

They made our special day beautiful. Yulia, the wedding planner, managed the whole day and made sure that we had simple, yet elegant decor and good flow to the day. Thanks!

We have had a blast working with Olivier dolz, our wedding planner Sarah Arabi was amazing! She managed everything and helped us throughout the whole process, the decoration turned out to be beautiful and guests were saying how breathtaking it was. It was really a great experience.

One of the best wedding planning events which i have worked with and most importantly they work based on your budget. I have worked with Marwa she was amazing. Marwa and her team worked so hard to fulfill and present my wedding in a spectacular way. the setup which Marwa and I worked on was new it wasnt repeated, and i was so hesitant to take this step because everything i saw was a 3D layout which was risky. however, on the wedding day once i saw the setup in front of me i was amazed because it was exactly the same as it was presented on the layout. the finishing of the work was clean and beautiful. Besides of that, Marwa as a person was so sweet and lovely everything she said was the same as it was presented in the wedding. this made me feel calmed and relaxed because i worked with a trustworthy person

Rude communication, bad customer service, not organized, No Creativity, not committed to what was decided upon regarding design, in addition to bad finishing.no value of money at all and they take advantage of you to the MAX with there rude communication specially near the event date. not recommended at all you will just waste your money for nothing!!!!!!!! with embarrassment in front of family and friend.

It was a pleasure dealung with Marwa in Olivier. To be honest we were afraid at the begining but, she surprised us with the arrangements and how well she reflected our requirements without asking her to change anything. Me as a bride! I was very hapoy, satisfied and confident.

We recently hired Olivier Dolz as the wedding planner for our wedding in Dubai which seemed like an excellent idea given that they promised to take care of all the arrangements (i.e. music, decor, photography, etc.) for one price. After working with them, we sincerely regret hiring them as our one-stop solution. It may have been better to plan our own wedding than to spend hundreds of thousands of Dirhams on them. The staff were significantly late to planned meetings, it was obvious that there was no coordination between the different aspects of the wedding. The finished products were poor, there was no attention to detail (even our names were spelled incorrectly, and in some instances, my name was not even written but rather my wifes first and last name as if she was marrying herself). The music that played during the wedding was not from the play list which we specifically handed to them, even upon our entrance into the wedding hall, the music started skipping like it was being played from a broken record. Our wedding video was not even a wedding video but rather it was over 300 files short clips handed to us on a USB!!! When we voiced our concerns to the management, they asked us to send them back the USB so they could compile a wedding video for us (shouldnt they have these on file?). We waited about a month for them to send us back the same USB and our wedding video turned into a ten minute collective clip with a voice over (music in the background) which I could have done myself in 4 hours. I highly recommend that anyone wishing to have their wedding planned in Dubai or anywhere else in the GCC to consider an alternative wedding planner, unless you want to keep chasing a rude and unhelpful staff for what is supposed to be the happiest day of your life.
