I just love their products! The Fatboy collection is great. And when we have a party, we rent lights, tables etc from them. Not just great furniture and lights to style your garden for a party, also great service in setting it up with professional and friendly staff.

I have had the pleasure of working with Desert River on a number of events, most recently last week for a private party. As always they were on time, professional and their rental items looked amazing and made our party look stunning. Big thumbs up from me!

Very disappointing service! Set up of any event is already a very stressful period and the desert river team added to the stress by being very difficult and unprofessional. Even though we were charged an extra cost for a set up, they were refusing to do basic lifting of their own items and placing it saying its not our job whereas that is part of the SET UP!! this made us look like fools in front of our end client too as we had our team and our client doing the set up while the desert river team just watched. There were issues with the set up done by them, and when we highlighted it to them, they ignored us! We had our own team finishing up the set up! It was a nightmare. I will never work with them and strongly insist anyone else who has a successful event to run does not either. They just want to take the payment, throw the items in your venue and leave, even if they have CHARGED you for a proper set up.IN REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE:Hi ClaudiaHope this email finds you well.
