My friend’s mom has referred to me The White Boutique when she knew I needed a full event assistance. At first I only thought they provide flower arrangements until I have seen some of their work. That’s where I decided to give it a shot as I don’t usually keep any event management contact on my phone. So I hoped this will be the first and the last and guess what?I requested event arrangements for 10 people in one of the party halls in Sharjah last week and we agreed on a specific design and concept as well as the price. I was slightly concerned my budget might not meet the requirement, so I did some trimming here and there without diluting the main items.When the even started. I was surprised that even after trimming some items, the event went so good that all my guests were amazed of the design as well as the flower arrangements.I did not see that coming and guess what. I already know who is my first and last event organiser! I am sure the day will come that I will seek you again!

If I could give them a zero, I would. DO NOT BE FOOLED by what they show on their social channels.Firstly, their flowers are overpriced and they dont deliver what they say they will. There any many other flower shops that are honest and genuine, and deserve your business more.Secondly, I rented furniture for an event - what we got was cheap, full of stains, broken and frankly really bad quality. There was no project manager on the site to oversee set up, and I asked for items to be returned on the spot because they were in such appalling condition. They offered no refund or compensation for the returned items and didnt care to even deal with the situation respectfully.The cherry on top was the management, who took no responsibility for the shortcomings of their business, and gave us no respect as customers. They ignored us and subsequently sent someone with no authority to tell us that they were neither going to call or receive calls from our end. as a business owner myself, I would never subject someone to this treatment!The service was horrible, the management are unethical, disrespectful and have no regard or care for making sure the clients are happy. They took their money and left after doing a horrible job and we were left to pick up the pieces. it is not even a matter of money, its a matter of principle and business ethics, which they are extremely lacking in.If you ever consider using them, please DONT. There are other companies that will do the job 10000 times better in terms of quality and service, and will respect you in the process.

Quick service, great cake and amazing flowers. Love their professionalism in arranging the same day delivery. A suggestion though to add customer account so i can add all my orders in one request instead of adding, writing note, and then making the transaction for more than one order.

Very good service, very reasonable prices, and they offer the best flowers/arrangements that I have seen in the area. They are very responsive to the comments the client has to say and they always offer an alternative if you think the item you got is damaged, like fixing it or replacing it completely. I’m very happy with my experience that I will definitely deal with The White Boutique again.

I work in a corporate size entity in Dubai and whenever we have catering or small events, The White Boutique has always been the choice. Now the reason being such a preferred caterer, event management or flower/deco company does not only come from a personal experience. It is obvious that for example if one messes up at the first time, the first impression wears off and we never deal with such company again.From the feedback that I have as well as my colleagues at work stay. Every event The White Boutique has done with us was a great first impression. Every time we order new items we get them in a totally new different look and feel. I even had several requests from outside guests wondering if that was arranged in-house. I said “I WISH”The other reason why I am posting my review is that we recently had an incident with The White Boutique that our payment to them was delayed due to some technical issue in our finance system not showing any recreational budget allocated and seem it was removed by mistake when other items were removed in the process preventing us to generate a payment although the amount due was silly. Nevertheless, I was very happy how The White Boutique reacted to our concern and kept patient until we work resolving our internal issues.I can almost say, at current covid-19 situation. No one waits for another, but that was not the case with The White Boutique as they have shown professionalism rather than just commercial waiting to get paid. Thank you for that!

Amazing products. Got a customized cake and flowers to a friend and it was the best gift ever with an elegant welcome back message. However, i specifically requested delivery before 12 noon and it was confirmed, but my order was delivered at 7 pm! Not convenient for my friend who had to wait.

I have taken total of 2 services from The White Boutique so far. The first service I had initially had a small unintentional error as the event required catering, organizing as well as flower arrangements.I miscalculated the quantities for my guests or we may have had additional uninvited guests, I was forced to request immediate support from the company again. Due to the short notice the company requested some time to get remaining furniture from the warehouse. The meantime, I was very surprised that they also managed to pull this off by reshuffling the set up so some could stand similar to a light reception until the remaining furniture arrives. As the backup arrived. I saw immediate on the spot service recovery ensuring the new furniture do not enter until they are properly sorted as well as sanitized.The second event was more of a catering event only. Because of how well the food was prepared in the previous one I took this as an example and delivered it to my second guests. I went great as expected as well!The White Boutique really helped me out with this issue and managed to create an exceptional event. The guests really loved the food in terms of taste as well as how presentable they were. The decoration and flower arrangements at the first even were totally out of this world. I know some might have budget constraints thinking a very good work is always expensive. All I can say that they are not cheap, but they have what it takes to deliver the value of money that you have put on the table.I hope this standard remains the same and even enhances. I no longer want to search for company that does similar to The White Boutique. If there is one anyways 

If I could give then 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional company and disgusts me that such people are working in the event management sector. People trust them with their events, celebrations and days of joy. Yet, their customers have to deal with an unresponsive team and a delivery fleet that is unable to fulfill orders on time. I had placed an order for an event with a delivery time of 2pm-6pm. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but delivered way past this delivery window. In addition, a very unresponsive company when it came to dealing with the situation. Please don’t trust such a company with your events. They don’t even have the courtesy the face the customer and own their mistakes. Messages are being responded occasionally to but when called back on the same number instantly, they don’t have the courage to answer. Please close down your business and don’t play with people’s day of celebrations. Must be a very incapable and ignorant management team behind this.

I am so disappointed in this company. Terrible service , management is not present nor accountable for any kind of poor quality experience we had. Furniture was broken, cheap and dirty. I highly recommend you avoid this company for any future event you have.

I’m very pleased with my experience with The White Boutique, they had very good quality flowers with a variety of outstanding colors and designs that were perfect for my party. The staff is very nice and very caring towards customers as they worked on all the details I needed.

I ordered from the white boutique twice ! The first time I ordered they sent the flowers at 10pm instead of 6pm and the truffles arrived with dead roses.The second time I ordered they were not responsive and I asked them to show me the final look before sending it and they ended up sending it without showing me what they did. The flower arrangement they did for my second cake looked like corporate flowers !They are not responsive at all ! You will get auto WhatsApp response and they might come back to you after 4 hours ! Please do not risk it with this shop .. I never received a follow up call to sort any of the above mentioned issue “they simply don’t care”

I ordered the catering for my daughters s birthday I paid 1500aed ,the size of the sandwiches and the burgers is chocking the burger s size was literally the size of a coin and the sandwich was the size of my smallest finger, I was so disappointed and embarrassed with my guests, when I called them they said it is finger food but in their website they had a section of finger food and the other section was sandwiches which I choose from thinking that I will get a decent size, they didnt even suggest to send me a back up food to save the situation when I call them , I was panicking not knowing what to do they simply said order from somewhere else , I would never use them again and I don t advise anyone to use them

I think the prices are over ratted. If you selected one arrangement on the website then they keep contacting you which flowers you want since most flowers are not available.. if the flowers are not the same as the arrangement selected then don’t trick customer into ordering. Second the prices must be reduced if the desired flowers are not availableOther shops i dealt with less than half price you offered. the flowers were so fresh and lasted over two weeks.I wanted to surprise some1 special and it was not nice

We have ordered 2 times Unfortunately, the communication through email was poor and the responder was not answering our inquiries clearly, the flower arrangement was mixed with fresh and old mixed. Also, the price was expensive and the delivery price was not quoted at all but it’s charged upon delivery and thy driver has no exchange so he do not give the balance back. You know what .....I will never purchase again from The White Boutique.

Best gift ideas and good quality

I came to purchase a bouquet and told them what the occasion was but the florists didn’t bother to suggest anything to me. they were really unprofessional and lazy to do their job so i had to pick the colors and type of flowers ONE BY ONE as they stand there, not in the mood to work. i wont be coming back here again; the service all-over was HORRIBLE and a waste of my time & money .. i suggest you look for another flower shop and skip this one.

I needed to rent their tables for a engagement party and they didn’t answer the phone at all! During all times of the day. I tired calling in the evening, morning, noon everything. I also called the white boutique directly ,they told me they would call me back on three different occasions by three different people (they never did), I emailed them four time to which they finally respond , and the service of installing the tables costs more than the cost of renting the tables themselves ,which would of been fine if the people responsible weren’t so disorganized and unprofessional. I didn’t want to risk it seeing I could only contact them through email and I wouldn’t get a reply until the following week.

Very unprofessional! i’ve been trying to contact them for days and no one is picking up the phone, or replying back to any of my messages through instagram dms and whatsapp even though they read my message. i was trying to place an order since i couldn’t through their website. they just lost some loyal customers due to this unprofessional service they’re showing👎🏼

The only good thing was the food.I have booked there services for the hotel with tables that they confirmed for us. But on the day that there services was needed they were not able to bring the same table and set up, they brought something that looked very different from thing we ordered.Most of there decor looked very much used, their server did not attend to the guests without being asked.I never recommend their services for hospitals.

A very bad service, ordered flowers online, paid 700 AED, could not understand what happened to my order. The order was not delivered on a birthday and they kept passing me from one staff to another, all do not speak English or understand English, could not find my details, it is the worst flower delivery service ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are total rubbish.
