This is a good place to relax your legs after being lost inside the massive Dubai Mall. The vibe is good and the coffee is nice. Their service is also very good. The staff was very friendly and I had a nice chat with her.

Caffe Nero coffee taste is as good as Costa Cafe but the difference between them is a service, Cafe Nero values their customers and I find them more polite and accommodating such as Visa 2 for 1 promotion. They also give you a card and every time you purchase a coffee get it stamped and after certain numbers you get a free coffee. It is a very nice gesture and shows that they are different than other coffee houses.

Good coffee, great service! I like the way the cafe has placed a divider next to each table to give that extra edge of social distancing!

I used to love this place as a regular customer, but few weeks in Nero Dubai mall I came and I saw a vacant spot and I sat there.. few minutes later the waitress comes to me asking me to leave the spot because another man wanted it...I was shocked because they do not seat people and customers just sit wherever it’s available, so how is she coming to me!!I said the table is available with nothing on it, and how can you just ask a lady already sitting to leave because another man booked the table in his mind?! The man wasn’t even looking towards my direction because he knows just as much as the waitress that this is very rude and impolite.. a gentleman wouldn’t do it!I tried to complain by calling but no one answers and it seemed like they don’t want complaints to go through .. it was very irritating and disappointing.I admire all the other staff, they are polite.

Amazing gluten free quiche! Better taste than the one with gluten! Coffee is top notch as well! They were flexible enough to prepare my food and drinks takeaway eventhough I used Entertainer. Highly recommended place! Staff was great as well!

Best cafe in Dubai Mall, after trying all cafes in the mall including fancy ones in Fashion Avenue. Especially, I love the kind stuff Gloria and nice atmosphere with wooden tables and books.

This is a great place to hangout and grab a bite to eat. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh and full of taste. The coffee is also tasty and the beans are roasted nicely. The price is in the same range to other coffeeshops in the same category

Very bad experience with our 3 year old daughter.She felt asleep as we were taking coffee. She slept on the sofa. The waiter (a guy who doesnt know anything about kids) came and woke her up and told us this is forbidden!!!! Really?! Are you a real human?!!

Very nice Italian coffeeshop, located just beside the ice rink in The Dubai Mall. The staffs/barista are welcome and their good barista. I took cappuccino with double shots and additional coconut milk, good taste first time to have coffee with coconut milk.Recommended coffeeshop in the Downtown Dubai.

I was very dispointed by todays visit, after a customer left I took the table and have to ask to be cleaned, however, the staff came with a clothe to wipe but no sanitiser, so I went back to the counter to ask her to sanitise the table. She showed me and said the cloth is soaked in the sanitised water so use this cloth to wipe the table and the table was sanitised. This is not correct they should spray the table with proper sanitised spray and wipe the table!😡
