Had a bad customer service expression today in this shop. I went in and I greet the man sitting on a look like a reception near the entrance. Asked him that I am looking for a scuba mask and snorkel, and the shop was recommended by my instructor. Then all he did is to point where the mask area and room with a mirror. After all that nothing. He went back to his seat and start working on his computer. I have to talk louder to ask him something about the mask. I look for other staff working around that I can talk to, and another man assisted me. I like the Scubapro synergy twin mask but I noticed how dusty and messy the mask area was. I start calling my scuba instructor and told him about how that person treated me and found out that his name is Allan. I left the shop disappointed in how they handle walk-in customers.I went to Al Boom Diving and bought the stuff I needed

Excellent showroom with very wide range of dive equipment. The employees are extremely friendly, helpful and service-oriented. They have good knowledge of the facts and can therefore provide good advice.This place will certainly be a point of reference for my next scuba-purchases. This is one of the best scuba stores in the UAE. The staff (Dee and Alan) are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. After-sale service and warranty coverage are also very good. I would highly recommend this store.

Simply put best dive shop in terms of customer care, equipments and knowledge. Dee and Allan are very knowledgeable, friendly and will relate to your love of the sport and passion of diving. The shop is the official dealer of scubapro (one of the best scuba gears out there) but will be able to help with other brands given the experience. They do gear (BCD / Regulators) maintenance too.

I’ve been to Scubapro UAE several times now, and every time I get outstanding customer service from Dee. She’s helped me buy a BCD and two wetsuits now, one wetsuit was an emergency special order and it arrived ahead of schedule. Top quality dive gear and great staff, highly recommend!

ScubaPro quality is second to non. They don’t stock most of equipment tho. Shipments of new equipments seem on its way forever and ever…

I recently had a ScubaPro regulator set serviced and repaired here and I was absolutely blown away by the quality of work displayed by all the staff.The technician was hugely knowledgeable, organised, willing to share tips, and elaborated on the work processes my kit had undergone. I cannot emphasize enough how excellent his work was or how much I enjoyrd talking through his processes.The support staff was communicative, friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and painless from inquiry through to collection.I have always dreaded servicing my kit, having experieed zinger services in the past, but these guys put me at ease and delivered on their promises. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone, especially other ScubaPro owners out there!

Great stuff with a lot of attention to there customer, I have bought most of my gears from them.. and the fins/boots sizes were small for me and they had to order a new fins/boots... even though the discount time was over.. but they still offered me the items with the same discount...Last but not least, I would like to thank Dee in person for the great support with her kind advices and recommendation (she also helped me to find a glass for my shearwater steric computer.. and it wasnt even her job to offer me a help.. but she still did....
