Terrible experience. Please don’t get deceived by this company. They advertise low rates but then when you confirm the order they surprise you with additional charges!!! Please don’t waste time.Must report them to the authorities.There are many other companies work with better integrity in Dubai.

Very bad experience. Not honest, liars and totally unprofessional. This company must be investigated. They promote low rates on their website. They attract customers to call them. Then after the customer calls and agree on the advertised price they basically ask customers to send an email with company/personal ID’s. After that they will add extra charges that were not advertised or informed from the beginning.This behavior is not acceptable in Dubai!!!!Please be careful

Absolutely terrible!!Not worth the time. They will simply lie and not honor their promoted prices.Their staff are so rude and wont care if they mislead you with fake information. They just want customers to call and share their contacts.

Excellent service... Great ppl to work with... I have frsh hand experience of working with Mr farhan and Mr nabeel wherein I regularly rent man lift with them. .. Their service is excellent call them anytime of the day they will be ready to help, also very quick to response... I will be more than happy to suggest al wafi equipment to all and everyone..

Never trust this company. They basically promote low prices. Then you call and they ask you to send your interest based on your conversation with their sales reps. After you confirm the order they add extra charges.Liars!!
