I went there last Friday and attended their Riding School Open Day. I must say, the Riding School staffs, the reception, and the whole team executed the event very well! A lot of people attended and some people came a little earlier than 5pm but they did start right on time (as what they promoted). All the activities were FREE! Which was really amazing. Its not every time that you get to experience a lot of those equestrian activities without any fees. I read it on their page that they still have an ongoing Summer Promotions until the 30th, so make sure to check that out. Overall, my whole family and I had a really great time and I hope they do this again soon! All the best! xx

Amazing hospitality, superb food (must try dishes), cocktails and mocktails were so refreshing… Pool area is so nice to spend hours with the kids..Food - They have got their own style of preparations. Nassima and Nadia at the reception who had interacted with us were too good. F&B team - Sethu Pradeep, Prince Roshan, Chefs and other staff members (couldn’t notice all the names) were awesome. Hospitality next level! Thank you Al habtoor team for making our stay memorable and worthy.

Visited Al Habtoor club to attend the IFZA silver cup polo championship 2021. This is a well maintained property. Lush green grounds and international quality of service. Plush villas for rent .

We went to Al Habtoor for Afternoon tea, we sat in the beautiful court yard, it was very calm and quite there was only one another table full other then us.The place is beautiful both indoor and outdoor, the out door courtyard has sofas that u can relax in while having ur food, it is decorated with giant lanterns on the group and beautiful olive trees.The the other side of the out door has the beautiful view of the gardens where u often see horses walking by.The interior is very elegantly designed as well.The waiter who served us on the 14th of feb 2021, was very friendly, he refilled our hot drinks.I just have one complaint, I wish they had a few more items in the afternoon tea, the number of items is SO LIMITED, that’s the tray is finished before u even realize it. Also the scones need MAJOR IMPROVEMENT.There was a cigarette bud left on our table from the previous guest, and was not cleaned.Probably will come back for the outdoors.

I went to Al Habtoor a-bit some months before I thought of finally leaving a review.I was visiting on Saturday afternoon with an influencer status (meaning my food and drinks I was not gonna pay for in cash but through nice amazing photos and videos on my social media platforms for greater visibility of the particular outlet in which is the pool bar)it was very calm and quite there, though usually influencers have history of getting either the very best service or the very worst depending on how big you are on social media or just how critical your reviews are and I was none of this so I got the service of that customer whom the waiter thinks cannot afford such a restaurant and of course the standard question “MUM, YOU ARE YOU ALL BY YOURSELF OR YOU ARE EXPECTING COMPANY?”I replied with my status as a member of said influencers group complete with my social media handle bearing a decent number of followers only for the waiter to take my phone walking around asking his seniors if there is such a thing.It took almost an hour when I now ordered a drink with the intent of paying when a different waitress more familiar with influencers concept intervened. All this time I spotted about two other ladies from the same influencers group who were being served by the same waiter and were even allowed to seat together. After he was done taking the perimeter of the resort holding my phone, he came saying my profile was not in the approved list but they will serve me anyway because I have already there.When I asked the waitress who took over if that was correct information and she said, Lizzy you are fourth on the list, and there should be more girls. She then said “he has a habit of serving certain type of clients” And she even laughed about it that if you were blonde service would be fast with him!I let that sink in then ordered drink items not on the influencers menu, paid up and still took great photos anyway.Overall place is beautiful both indoor and outdoor, the out door courtyard has sofas that u can relax in while having ur food or even have like business meetings, it is decorated with big lanterns, unending tail of flowers which by far has the best ambiance in the resorts that I have been to in the UAE.The the other side of the out door has the beautiful view of the gardens where u often see horses training if you are lucky you can witness an actual game.

Overall experience was good. However, the villa wasn’t clean nor the pool. It was very clear that someone was also smoking in the villa before handing us they keys. The keys (villa cards) were not working either but i got good memories. Also no slippers were found in the villa.

I simply love this property. Very classy and stylish. Love quiet places with lots of greenery. They have few nice bars with great view on polo club. Recommend if you are looking for a nice place to spend time.

Tayed for 10 days in this paradise..The staff is so great and unparalleled in uae. Must stay and experience the service.Wish the kitchen preparation was better but the service staff made up for it exceptionally.The staff together with the general calm, classy and peaceful vibe of the resort and delicious food make it a great place for a retreat.Definitely recommended!

Spent the last weekend at Al Habtoor Polo Resort and club to get away from the usual boring vibe at my apt and what a rewarding decision it turned out to be. I was greeted by very warm door staff who offered to carry my backpack and made me feel like refusing was a taboo at the palace. 🤗 The receptionist was very pleasant. I was escorted to my room and after few minutes received my sweet welcoming loot. The room was squeaky clean the bed was very comfy and my fave is the massive shower room equipped with everything you need for a night stay. I would surely come back in the near future and would certainly tell my friends to do the same. To summarize, here is my rating for the ammenities and services i was able to enjoy.RECEPTION 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩ROOM 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩POOL / POOLSIDE BAR 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩POOL STAFF 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 (shout out to Misson sorry for the misspelling)HORSE & HOUND BAR FOOD 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩HORSE & HOUND STAFF 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩BREAKFAST BUFFET 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩BREAKFAST STAFF 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩I know i shouldve just noted everything was perfect but the stay was really a perfect, very pleasant, royal-like and rewarding weekend getaway.

If anyone thinking to go to this hotel please DON’TFirst they took too much time to give us the room.The food in the brunch was very bad.Everything we ask from the customer service we are not getting it before 1 hour and the order never arrived till we left.We ordered some drinks on the pool and they charged us more money.The doors for the bathroom broken.They don’t care about their employers hygiene.And finally they finished our stay with a nice gift COCKROACH coming out from the bathroom.If there’s less than one star will give it to them.This is the worst hotel ever not only in dubaiThis should not happen in five stars hotel!!!!

Type of such services could not be in DUBAII booked villa , I got it too late due to cleaning which is supposed to be before I arrivedMoreover,- I found villa are opened ,- not cleaned as they said due to shortage of staff as they said.- a lot of damages on the villa in regard of phones, shower mixer some of them broken and others are leaking.- Damages on doors- Damages on curtains.- Some of lights are not working- you have to wait 45 min. If you request any thing from housekeeping.- Dust is everywhere in the villa.- Check out time process toke more than 30 min.There is no option less then one star to rate this place so I can rate it fairly,In regard to the staff, there is not friendly at all specially who are in the receptionIn general this resort not deserve even one star, a lot of maintenance are required , at least to deserve the amount that they toke itHope my message approach the owner of this resort to see and know about itGood points- location- place- Quiet

Great hotel I was visited this hotel in Oct 2019. everything is perfect execpt some minor things.

I went to play tennis at their main court, and I had a great time. The resort overall is extremely quite in the morning. I also was lucky to watch a Polo tournament, which was aside from the court. In terms of food, the quality wasnt the best and the coffee options werent on point.

The may be the best Hotel I ever know. Staff are super polite, the fo is is amazing and the facilities are spot on. Also the price are very affordable. I took the Executive Suit with my family and it is clean and comfy. Well done

Last Friday I had brunch there. Everything was nice until one manager came to each table to take their name for a raffle draw, except our table. It was very embarrassing situation for us. I felt racism.

The worst customer service and employees! We were supposed to check in at 4 as promised by the egyptian customer service guy instead they gave us the villa at around 7 pm because “they still didnt finish cleaning”. What’s the point of paying around 4k dhs when u get the villa at 7 pm and check out at 12 pm? The egyptian guy in reception couldnt handle the situation and left us! We were complaining that are our kids are waiting in the car for more than an hour, they didnt know how to respond. Their excuse was that its seasonal, well if you cant handle it then dont accept reservations!! Get more employees!When we went to the villa after a long wait, we found out that the villa wasn’t clean and there is lizard and cocroach! The pool was unclean too! The phones in the villa are not working except for one! We call but no answer and when they did it took them 4 hours to bring a blanket?

Don’t waste your time driving all the way out here if the gym and spa interests you! Tiny gym and no hot water in the gym. When I asked they said it’s been like that for over a week and no idea when it will be fixed.

The room was clean and comfortable But parking was a mess ! People were parking everywhere and there were no valet parking and i told security i cannot walk because i’m pregnant and he said “ ok what I do ? “ go find a parking !!!! This is pregnancy and we have priority to park near the gate ! And why there was no valet in 5 star hotel? So weird !!! Plus the staff did not help me and were so slow and not friendly at all , i dont think i will go back again not worth it

The nearby villa was partying very loudly after 10pm and I have informed th security multiple times but issue wasnt solved. My kids couldnt sleep and started crying coz of how loud and the screaming and music. I ended up calling the police and going to the reception area midnight and I have asked for a compensation of the issue am having . Unfortunately no one called or cared .

Poor experience compared to the price. Reception is incompetent and rude. They do not communicate properly and they make your experience a living hell.The instructors are good and this is why I give them 1 star... unfortunately, you have to deal with reception many times as they can change your purchased schedule whenever they want...Yes, they can...from what they say, it is their policy... But no thank you for me !

First not enough concierge people second the reception were unprofessional first they told me if you want suit need to wait for half and hour I said no I need immediate available room she said 5 mints will be ready they tooks more than 30 mint till they hand over me the room.Then when we reached the room it’s was open and no sanitized sticker he said because the cleaner just finished cleaning the room. Later one technician came to fixed the door slinder as it wast closing probably. He said finished but unfortunately the issue didn’t fixed. Moreover the key wasn’t working and I noticed when I arrived at night I noticed the door wasn’t looked and they did nothing I had to sleep and looked with security lock. Also in addition the room was dusty. Finally the disaster thing they didn’t ask the ID of my family which is very dangerous it shows there is no security and any one can enter the hotel and no one can ask were he/she is going and can reach to all rooms. Please please please do not book in this hotel at all. Worst experience ever in my live it’s even worst than 3 star hotel.The hotel need to be renovated from A-ZThanks

Very good place for Polo lovers

Is a very quiet place . If you just wanna chill and change the atmosphere i belive this is the right place . Ive been with my friend for a day pass to swimming pool and was a wonderful experience. The greenery around gives you the feeling youre out of Dubai . Food was good and service too.

An advice the hotel management they should check all the villas , bathrooms should be maintained because as soon I had shower all the water came out through all the floor and the flash is not working , Not only in one room in all rooms. Dining in ( food was very nice and shisha as well ) and reasonable prices.

Recently hosted a full day of training for a client at this venue. The meeting room was set up exactly as asked. The service on the day was also excellent, someone was on call all day for support.The food quality left a lot to be desired. Pre- ordered menu did not look freshly prepared but looked recycled. Not at all 5 star quality. Same issue during coffee breaks. Items were not fresh and not good quality. Very disappointing considering the place and the price.Its a shame as its a beautiful property. Very quiet and peaceful and there is a sense of openness even inside the hotel. The service staff are very obliging but the management team seem a bit disengaged and not very customer centric.

Very great stable but everyone there is so stuck up and rude. They give you dirty looks and certainly are not very friendly. I recommend Sharjah equestrian and racing club.

Beautiful location, resort overlooking the polo grounds and club. Visited for ifthar and buffet was nice. The food spread could improve a bit more and need to be generous with serving more sea food for salads, it seemed that the kitchen ran out of shrimps shortly after the buffet opened.

Not worth the money you are paying. The ridding schedule and policy is extremely harsh. No flexibility in moving classes during Ramadan. They just find any opportunity to take your money. They make it so difficult to move your classes. The Other ridding clubs in dubai offer much better service with lower prices.

I went there to spend the day between the pool and spa.Its a bit far from nearly everything however it was worth the road!The pool is kinda small and I wouldnt describe it as a pool because its shallow everywhere and can only accommodate tens of people while keeping in mind that a pool bar is available!The spa experience was average plus at best as the personnel didnt seem very experienced or professional but still it was good enough.I recommend the experience through entertainer!

Although there was a long cue for checking in and the process took long time, however, the professional and great service of staff especially our attendant Ms. Christine changed my opinion entirely. We were granted an upgrade to a royal suit which was really outstanding. The staff service was very good and the room design and facilities are great. However, the hotel need to improve some issues: provide more staff for breakfast service, enhance the cleanliness of public areas windows, and improve the check in process.

1- The whole place is super fancy and elegant, the interior is super beautiful.2- The house is huge, we took the 4 bedroom villa with a private pool.Coming to the negative points:1- The Hygiene is really bad, the house is full of insects and cockroaches. Everywhere in the bedrooms, on the walls, on the floor.2- we opened one umbrella it was huge it fell on one of us in the pool it was huge and full of metal and very dangerous.Overall the place is nice but not worth the big amount of money that was paid.

Not a great experience in the restaurant, they have started to serve Beyond Burger and its amazing cause i love it. It is mentioned everywhere in the restaurant that it is plant based but the bun is unfortunately made with egg and other ingredients are also questionable. Restaurant staff is not sure what is their food is made of, hence i would not recommend this place to people with any dietary requirements. Not coming back here for sure. ☹️

Stayed in 4 bedroom villa for 1 night, its a beautiful place.. on the surface.... but unfortunately when you get into villa there is very poor maintenance, its not cleaned well, some of things we found was lipstick on a coffee cup, milk stains in the coffee capsule box, dried up chunk of food in microwave ew....and when I told the supervisor all he can say is Im so sorry and I promise you a better stay next time! Thanks, we paid 4000 aed for 1 night during eid and when you expect 5* service... you get a dirty badly maintained villa and might I add this is during CORONA TIMES!! So if there is ever a time where we request clean hygienic accomodation

Lovely place for livery. The yard puts the horse first and works on improvements every day. Never seen that in a stable in Dubai before.I do feel like a few trees would make the huge yard a bit more cozy. It might come one day

Perfect place for the family

The villa was excellent and the prices were decent, but their facility management team is quite horrible. We were facing countless major problems in the villa once we arrived and they almost took an entire hour to arrive and fix the issue. Was very annoying.

This place needs a complete overhaul....short on staff....management cant keep up ....if you call the front desk to ask for help no one answers....will never come back again

This is a beautiful place, hotel is with superior interior gives a feel of a palace. As its a Polo Club, obviously it has a wonderful green field. Beautiful statues of horses attract your eyes. They have nice restaurants but as I visited during Ramadan time so could use them. May be next time. Nice place to live, organise corporate meetings, parties, private or family get togethers.
