When I first met SATI ACHATH 35 years back in a cartoon camp organised by the largest cartoon association in India, he was mesmerizing the audience with his breathtaking display of hand-shadow art. By the time I joined service, Mr.Sati had already left the job for a long stint with the World Bank leaving the mark as the only cartoonist in the Income Tax department ! SATI soon bloomed as an incomparable ventriloquist as well !But I always liked to remember SATI ACHATH as an avid CARICATURIST.
