This is a very supportive and experienced Architecture firm. They do a apparently a lot of projects in the Dubai area and are firm how to handle Arab customers. Their head architect and the senior architects are good to work with as they are self driven and proactive. The support staff is sometimes a bit slow and needs reminders (but still better than the Dubai average).
