Dr Rita Nawar was very helpful and straight forward. She doesnt waste your time with old-fashioned or irrelevant methods of treatment. Shell listen to you, ask you to do the appropriate tests then tell it to you straight and then its up to you to improve and maintain your health by taking your assigned meds and following the assigned diet/lifestyle regime appropriately. If the meds or dosage dont work for you at first, shell actually LISTEN to you and change meds to see what works for you. I was hesitant with her at first and after having had so many past unfulfilling experiences with doctors previously, I didnt want to get my hopes up again only to fail again at finding a permanent solution. Thankfully, she proved me wrong. This is the first time in my life Ive been able to maintain my weight effectively (give or take a few kilos) because I was finally issued effective treatment. The only thing I wish doctors would be more respectful of in general is appointment timings. The more in demand a doctor is, the longer you wait and when it comes to matters of health, time is of the essence. Thankfully, some doctors are actually worth waiting for. Nevertheless, never expect any sort of all-inclusive miracle treatment from any doctor. From my experience, The Weight Care Clinic is primarily focused on diabetes/endocrinology/hormonal related issues and its main goal is to help you reach your ideal weight range (with the appropriate fat and muscle percentage) in order for your hormones to stabilize and your body to function at its full potential. Dont go there primarily for superficial reasons, go for the most important things: your health and wellbeing.
