Please dont join this agency. If anyone is joining, they are just not responive. I am trapped here now, not getting my monthly salary properly even after 15th of everymonth and when I am enquiring they are not replying properly.I am stuck in here.

They forced me to pay for visa when I wanted visa cancellation... they stalled for 1 month but they said its training fee which I never asked for, and I never received any training by them.....they said rest of my salary I will receive but after 2 month... When I called back the hr he told me we didnt receive any cheque for you by outsourcing company.Scammers be aware.

Let me tell a short story of this so called unprofessional large group. The way they running their subsidiaries. I was associated with one of them, served that with heart, mind and soul, accepted even 30% salary during COVID, and remined with the company. Then at the time of resignation i requested for 15 days exception in notice period which they agreed by saying we will deduct AED 500 for that, which i agreed .I was eagerly waiting for my EOSB to sustain for 40 days and what this unprofessional group did, they sent me AED 450 as EOSB after serving for almost 4 years. Slow claps for you all. This is how they are exploiting the talent, and the way they have promoted people in that subsidiary is classic case of incompetence supported by I would say favoritism and nepotism.No reputation or Good works when you will be made to suffer financially. Explain me the logic when you are giving salary of AED 1500, and employee also agree and sign the agreement for that for time being. When the employee resigns under same agreement and serves only 15 days period then the deduction should for 15 days should be AED 750, how come your will do almost 4 times of deduction. The so called largest and professional group kindly have some logical and genuine explanation ?????I expected you guys to resolve my concern, unfortunately you closed the matter by playing a blame game. Once again huge disappointment. Thank you

I am an ex staff who worked for a third party (ADIB) in UAE for around 7 years.i am currently in india. Me and my family is requesting to release my EOSB since one year which was purposely blocked by innovations furnishing several useless reasons.a senior official in incharge of communication is blaming on legal team.even they are not ready to provide any break up of amount which was already released to innovations from third party.all communications are made via emails and phone calls.recently they told that i am absconding which is not true. Now i feel that they are playing with me not to release my EOSB or to delay it for a prolonged time. I hope innovations legal team is quit good capable and they will not procrast such simple matter .

Very worst company for me. worked on Solar project with Abengoa as Safety officer.Camp almost 1:45 min away from site , food is worst, helper and staff are living in same camp , traveling through same bus and same food is provided. Have to share room by 4 persons. You only on paper work as staff apart from all the facilities are same as labour.so u will be educated , technical labour.No one is listening ur problems you are totally invisible for HR,

The process with them will take ages, Don’t believe everything they will inform you with such as according to the immigration visa stamping takes 7-10 days 🤔🤔However., it announced earlier this year the orders from dubai ruler it should be done within 24 H., They will ask to keep your passport under their custody with no reason which is against the law anyways make it your last choice to find a job in dubai.

I started working for A company on dubai through innovations but due to some emergencies i had to return back to india. Due to my medical health condotions i was advised by doctor not to travel for a month or two. I submitted all the required medical documents to HR regarding same .But innovation din consider that and terminated me from job. After that i was supposed to be paid 2 months salary from innovation i do have salary slips from my company they have already paid salary but innovations is not releasing. Its been 8 months for now everytym thy ask me to wait or ask me to return to dubai for getting my salary . No one is responding properly about my issue i need someone to look after this case andget back to me.
