Really enjoyed the course! Despite COVID-19 restrictions, we still got the priviledge of taking hands on experience practicing CPR. Whilst we went into so much detail, we also had frequent breaks to refresh ourselves and socialise. We also received lots of resources to consolidate our knowledge after the course. Overall, my brother and I are really glad we took the course. Thank you to our instructor Laura Russel and Safehands team.

The trainer, Rhea Schuster, uses a personal approach. Nothing is more educational and more interesting than an input based on actual experiences. The learning process was never more easier and effective than that.

My daughter recently did a teens first aid training course and she absolutely LOVED it. The training was incredibly comprehensive and she learnt so much in the 5 hours she was with Magda, the amazing trainer who is also a very experienced registered nurse. The content and delivery was outstanding and my daughter has retained so much that she feels really able to deal with any emergency situation thrown at her. I would highly recommend Safe Hands for any first aid training needs for any age.

I initially attended a workshop through The Kids Initiative when my twins were born and found both the first aid component and family safeguarding extremely helpful and was great that i could set up an in case of emergency plan for free.The first aid skills here helped save my daughters life as at 6 months of age she suffered anaphylaxis when I started weaning her as she had a milk allergy. I put into practice the skills I learnt and she was rushed to hopsital and thankfully recovered.Following this I then signed up for a certified training course with the nurses at Safe Hands, and also signed up my husband and nanny. The girls conducting the courses were amazing and western trained nurses who made the courses fun and interactive.Highly recommend!
