Big and spacious premises with many other shops like Electronic and IT, Cafeteria, DU, Etisalat, Money exchanges, Jeweler etc. Many bank ATM and CDM are also there. Wide variety of items are available. Promotions with Tamaya card makes our great savings. Many parkings available around the supermarket. 2 hours free parking is allowed. I personally do check on promotions and visit many time there.

Ive ordered groceries online on the 5th July and to delivered to me on 6th july. Its 7th today and still waiting on my to delivery. Ive called the customer care number 4 times today and all they said was, they will call me in 5mins to follow up with me. Its 4 hours now and still waiting on them to call me back. Ive sent an email and still waiting on a reply. There customer service is pathetic and unprofessional. 443AED on groceries is not cheap for me. Saying that, the money has been from my account on the 5th july, but still waiting on Gracie and for someone to call me back to explain what happened to my delivery

Great place to shop. The main reason for a visit here can be meat and poultry shopping. All the meat is fresh, unlike Carrefour where the staleness can be tasted after cooking. Theyve got some amazing deals in the deals section. Dont forget to take a look there. The checkout is very fast and one hardly gets stuck in the long ques here.

Its a very large hyper market with thousands of products.Union Coop used to announce heavy discount sales in different occasions such as Ramadan, Eid seasons, National day celebration. They have a really large collection inside and the deals are good too. Its good for people who buy in bulk as most of the deals are related to that. I shop here weekly, and today I had a very bad experience. I bought a table and the cashier recorded it 3 times. When I got home and realized, I returned for the refund and he stated that I indeed took 3 tables. I proceeded to the customer service station and asked them to check the camera, the representative working told me that I had two boxes of tables on camera. The whole thing is a bit concerning because the table was not even in a box. So I had no boxes. Eventually after disputing two erroneous claims, they decided to return the 400Dh. My main issue is the apparent lack of credibility that could lead either worker to say I cashed 3 tables or the customer happiness rep to say I had 2 boxes. I am a very disappointed customers, and after spending thousands in this store, I will most likely personally never shop there again. Before this incident I have had only positive experience with Union Coop, this one is very far from me but I drive there instead of the 3 around my community because I was always treated with respect there.

I love shopping in union coop, theres always a great choice of products. I just wish they had italian cheeses like parmesan cheese packed in Italy. Italian cheese is great and now should be preferred over French cheese.
