I paid 6000 AED for a laptop that has manufacturer defects and they never contacted me. They never replaced it and they never repaired it. It is a fraud.

Customer Service Sucks, Bought a laptop new with Manufacturing Defect , went and gave it to the company and they tell they can only repair and after that there is no response from the company and they have no parts available. and ETA is a month, Customer service is so BAD . Never buy ASUS Worst brand ever

I am waiting for 6 days just to get their response for my laptop repair which is under 2 year warranty.

Been going back and forth just to fix the issue of a freezing laptop. Disk performance is always at 100% even if you are not doing anything. They tried fixing it by updating the os, changing the hard drive and still the issue persist. Worst brand
